+ -1 moreIt went poorly. They didn’t fix the problem and we had to have another sprinkler company come out and fix their “repair”
Description of Work: We paid almost $1K to have them repair our leaking system which the ATT contractor damaged. But their repair started leaking again after just a few uses. McGovern also was to get all of our zones working again, which didn’t happen. After they “fixed” the leak, one of the zones didn’t even have enough water pressure to operate and their guy recommended installing a soaker hose instead of fixing the problem. Sprinkler heads also were not adjusted to our satisfaction. Kyle McGovern was made aware of the issue and after several days of no response, we had to hire someon else to come and fix their leak.

Description of Work: Arrived in August in a drought and the dirt was like a brick, but they managed to get it complete in a reasonable time. That next winter, I had a leak and they came and fixed it @ no charge.

+ -1 moreSprinkler system was installed in the middle of a severe drought and very hot summer ... the soil was like a brick and caused installers problems. They did the job on time, without complaints. A couple of sprinkler heads needed re-adjustment (too high) and one small area doesn't get water, but overall, very satisfied
