 + -1 moreIt seemed like both Jose and Hector were deceptive and devious. They said they were going to do certain work, but never did it.
Description of Work: Jose initially was cutting my neighbor's tree down. He told me he'd be able to cut my grass, branches, etc, but I explained to him that I wasn't able to afford the services. He then told me that he'll have somebody else come out to weed my garden for me, which I thought might be just to promote his business; we never discussed any pricing. The guy that came out, Hector Moralis, ended up weeding my garden, cutting my branches, and after he was done, he told me he'd even fill out the holes in my yard. I gave him $500 to get some dirt to do this, but he ended up only filling a few small holes, then left. I never heard from him again. Jose came out then and did a few other jobs, but never really finished any of them.
