Description of Work: They met us at the residence to help unload a moving van, including a piano. I had hired them specifically to move two heavy pieces of furniture, including the piano, but since I had paid for one hour's worth of services, they continued to unload the van after moving those two items, and ended up unloading almost the entire van for us. They worked quickly and efficiently, and even better -- we asked them to re-schedule at the last minute on a Saturday, and they obliged willingly and courteously, and showed up promptly on the "re-agreed upon" time. Two very courteous young men who worked h****** a very hot day.

Description of Work: Due to the recommendation from Angie's List, we called the Norman office to request a bid. We were told to first fill out the information online. This form is time consuming and convoluted, to say the least. It is in no way a true reflection of our situation. Within short order,we received a call from a man who told us that we would be charged $27K for this job. Yes, we were told that a two bedroom home would take 2 trucks and more than some make in one year to move. When my husband continued to request someone come to our home to actually do an honest bid,the man said that they could do so but it would still be approximately $27K. This is over 5 times the amount we paid 3 years ago for less furniture and a shorter move. Please DO NOT waste your time on this business. If they did not want our business, they needed to ignore the call entirely. This was insulting and more frustration than we need at this time.

Description of Work: I recently bought a house in the same city, I was not able to move the heavy furniure by myself, I heard about Little guys movers through my work. I was not a member of Angie's list at that time. After I found them on Angie's list I was convinced they were the moving company I was going to use. The customer service representative that I spoke with over the phone was very nice and professional. After about a 30 min conversation he quoted me a price and also gave me a discount through my work. The day before the move they called to confirm when the movers would be at my house. The day of the move the guys were punctual they began moving my stuff into the truck the minute they got there. They had my stuff in the truck and moved to my new house and unloaded as fast as they loaded. They set the furniture where I wanted, no problems
