They were really good, we've used them for about 10 years now. If we need assistance again we would definitely use them again.

Lasher Heat and Air is an outstanding company to hire. They have very professional people and have maintenance agreements after installation you can purchase to service your systems twice a year. If you take their maintenance agreement, they come twice a year to service and check your heat and air systems. They are very punctual and arrive when they say will be at your home. They also come inside and change out your filters in your return vents.

They are clean, prompt and do a good job.

Tim came to our home and looked around said it would be a big job. Wrote some things on paper, left and never heard from him or anyone from the company again. MAYBE HE THOUGHT MY 1964 FARMHOUSE WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH FOR His work. Or maybe he thought we didn't have money. It's fine though, I gave my $10k to. Someone else who did a fantastic job in 2 days.

Their price was high that's why I don't have them anymore. I found them in the phone book. They were good except for the price. The communication was good.

They came out promptly, very polite, did good work, reasonable price. Sort of a trusted company.

Gregg usually services these systems, and is excellent and pleasant.The other technician who sometimes performs these services is also excellent. They check the refrigerant level, check and replace air handler filters and humidifier pad if needed, and do all recommended maintenance on all the heat pumps and gas furnaces and air handlers. We have used their services for at least 6 years, and are very pleased at the quality and responsiveness of their work..

We had tried someone else and they blew us off and we called them and they came out right away. They were extremely fast and were very concerned that we had almost 90 year old parents and they put us as a priority I thought that was nice.

Would recommend! Came out within a short time. Agreed to come after hours. Fixed unit by replacing 2 parts. Had another company out the day before told us unit couldn't be saved and quoted us $6,200 for one room! Will use this company again!

Did a great job replacing heat and air unit. Tim was very knowledgeable and honest. Did work that other company was not doing. The 2 workers were great and did a professional job. Hard workers

Things went great. They were honest about the amount and showed up on time. They gave me a choice of waiting in doing the igniter. They did not force me to do it now. So, I thought that was pretty honest of them.

Diagnosed and replaced one part and cleaned another to keep cost down.

It went very well and they even gave me a form to fill out to get a rebate from the gas company. Pleased with the service and so far so good as our furnace has been working well in all this cold weather.

Came out 3 times. First time just made adjustments to pilot light and cleaned burner. $140.00 Pilot would not stay on. Came out and changed Thermocouple and then checked gas valve and found it to be bad. Replaced gas valve. $275.00 Next day had strong odor of gas still in house, they came back out and discovered leak on installed equipment. He claimed his gas leak detector, bubbles, was frozen on last trip so he didn't check for leaks. They did come promptly out.

Approximately 8:00 PM Friday, Dec 6, I wanted to kick up the heat a couple degrees. I adjusted the thermostat and, unlike normal, the response was NOT immediate! Given that temps were forecast at 8 degrees overnight, I knew this was not good! We survived the night and the next morning I called Lasher shortly after 8 AM. Katherine (sp?) told me we were not the first call and they would not be able to get to us until the 9 to 12 slot THAT MORNING. I WAS SO THANKFUL, thinking that, with the artic freeze we were experiencing, they would not be able to get to us for days. Steven (sp?) showed up within the hour, led me on a tour of my furnace, explaining in an easily understandable manner what could possibly be wrong. Within another 40 minutes, the problem was fixed. Both Katherine and Steven could not have been nicer or more concerned with my family's well being. To get such a quick response and repair, even with Steven having to negotiate icy roads, was just INCREDIBLE! Would certainly utilize and recommend Lasher Home Comfort Systems to anyone, anytime.

He showed up on time, was professional and friendly. Changed our filter, cleaned the outside machine and checked the connections. Took about 45 minutes.

They were professional and punctual. I think they did a good job. I was happy with what they did. They came out and checked on my air conditioning and heating unit just to make sure everything is ready for summer. The price was reasonable.

Service could not have been more professional. On the down-side, cost to replace a fan motor was higher than I expected (note that it was a Saturday).

Excellent job. Sales and service on time, very communicative, kept me updated on status, and tested the system thoroughly before having me sign off on it. Excellent warranty. Very satisfied, would recommend.

He was here on time and went to a store to buy me a special kind of filter.

This was by far the best service call we have ever experienced! The cost was going to be about $80 for them to come out for a diagnostic visit. They found the problem, fixed it and told us about a $50 coupon on Angie's list that we didn't even know about. The whole thing only cost $30!

We asked for an estimate and the estimator was prompt, polite, and well-informed. But the estimate itself was about 10% higher than either of the competitors, they were very keen on selling us an (expensive) air purification system, and there were a lot of "upcharges" for things like replacing ductwork and bringing things up to code. Plus, we felt the sales tactics were a little high-pressure for our tastes (have your spouse with you, sign on the dotted line today...)
