K & K CREATIVE TERRAIN

We went to K&K to check out their garden center. We requested an estimate for landscape work. The guy came and looked at the yard as scheduled -- no problem there. Two weeks went by with no estimate, so I called. They said it should have been mailed, but they would drop off another one. Still OK. My husband and I looked at the estimate and called to schedule the work. My contact guy was on vacation and no one else could schedule it apparently, so I left a message and waited another week. A few days after the guy was supposed to be back I haven't heard anything, so I call again. I get a hold of him, and we agree they will come and start the work the following Monday pending bad weather. Monday comes and goes -- no guys, no phone call. The rest of the week goes by and they never show up or call. So the following week I get on the phone and call them to ask what is going on. Oh, my contact guy is out of town for another week. I leave a message for him and I ask to deal with someone else (who is actually there) instead. I am told that someone else who can help me and will call me back. Three weeks later, and still haven't heard from anyone at K&K. Our estimate was for around $1600, and this was just the beginning of the work we plan to do over the next five years. I guess they don't want the business. We found someone else -- hopefully they will actually show up or return phone calls!
