 + -1 moreThe technician arrived a little past the appointment time, but called ahead of time to let me know. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and spent two and a half hours checking and working on our system. He explained everything to me and performed the work in a timely and professional manner.
Description of Work: Checked the sprinkler system heads and replaced needed parts. Also, moved one of the lines so it would be in a better location.

 + 0 moreFirst they cut the gas line, cable , telephone, and TV lines, even after they had all been marked by Okie. Refused to fix or reimburse me for added expense to fix his mistakes. Charged me for 4 sprinkler heads not installed. The PVC pipe coming from the main water source caused a flood In my neighbors yard and mine had no glue on the connections. When notified of the water leakage he refused to fix it. The turn off valve for the sprinklers would not work so we had to turn the main water valve to the house off. It was 102 outside and us with no water. We had to hire plumber to fix water leak and gas leak. When I asked him to reimburse me he became very rude and said it was not his problem. Ended up filing lawsuit and he settled out of court repaying for all expenses incurred and the sprinkler heads that were not used. I don't understand how he can have a good reputation and treat people this way.

 + -1 moreBuried his bobcat in my yard and didn't bother to call me and tell after, saw it in my yard when I came home from out of town. He left it there and went on weekend vacation. Still hasn' bothered to contact me just talked to his guys when they came out to get it out and we helped them put trees out with our tractor. Very un-professional.
Description of Work: Owner tried to plant big trees in yard after was told not to because of rain.

 + -1 moreOverall I am happy with the new zones, but still dissatisfied with the two zones they connected together.
Description of Work: They did a very good job on the two new zones of sprinklers they installed. But, in the process they dug way too many trenches across my lawn looking for the main box that serviced the current zones. The equipment they had couldn't seem to locate this connection area that they needed for the new zones. It looked like a war zone for quite awhile. Luckily the grass has grown back over those areas. They did clean up after their work. They created problems with my current system. When they reconnected everything some zones no longer worked and I had to call them back twice to fix it. Two zones that used to be separate and had good water pressure are now one zone and the pressure is not very good unless I start that as the first watering area. They charged me about $150 to fix a problem that I thought they created. I would be hesitant to use them but they aren't a lot of choices out there for my area.

 + 0 moreThey were very quick to respond and seemed to be very thorough. They are good guys. They seemed to know what they were doing. They gave very good quality as far as I know but I have not compared it with somebody else's orchard. Their price seemed high but I have not been displeased.

 + -1 moreMatthew, the owner, came out in a timely manner. He was courteous and professional, with no smoke and mirrors. The repair was quick and simple and he had the necessary parts on the truck. We are back in business. He also set our timer for optimal watering based on soil and weather conditions here in Oklahoma, which we appreciated. We are happy with the experience and to have a reliable resource for the future.
