It has been a good experience. May be they are little bit careless on occasion in regards to the sides of the gardens in spring so it hurts the plants, but overall they have been very consistent with the lawn care and doing a good job with that. I would use them again in the future.

Everything went as usual with no issues. There were leaves everywhere covering the lawn and they swept them away to treat the yard at no extra charge.

Simple and easy. Employee came to my home and spent may thirty minutes applying liquid weed prevention and dry fertilizer to lawn.

Green and Clean are good about returning calls when I have a question.

In short, if you plan on having your yard treated while you are not at home, do NOT use this company! I used Green and Clean for my lawn treatments for over a year. I had problems with scheduling with this company from day one. However, I found them through a recommendation from a friend, so I was willing to give them a second chance. This turned out to be a mistake. I was never impressed with the customer service. I have a dog in the back yard, and had a standing request to give me a call before they were going to treat the yard so that I could put the dog in the garage first. I work just a few minutes from the house so it is easy for me to pop over and do this. I just needed a 10 minute warning before they treated! This caused an issue EVERY TIME they came to treat my yard. The lady who answers the phone at their office was always very polite, apologetic, and helpful with rescheduling. But really, is having a pet in the yard so rare that your company doesn't know how to handle this? I was also never impressed with the results. I figured my yard must of been in bad shape when the treatments started because I didn't see much change. They never seemed to use anything in their treatments like a color so you could see where they treated. Here is how this ended. One day I just happened to be home when they came to treat the yard. My car was in the shop so it looked as if no one was home at the time. I saw the worker park in front of my house, walk around to the back yard, and go back to his truck. He then came to the front door to leave me the bill and left. He had to of been there less than 5 minutes! No hoses were pulled off the truck. Nothing was done to the yard! I called the office for 3 days before I got someone to answer the phone. I explained what happened and the owner came out and looked at the yard. He said once or twice "I think I know what happened...", but he couldn't explain it to me! He finally just left with no apology. Again, if you plan on having your yard treated while you are not home, do NOT use this company! You cannot trust the workers to actually do the work, or the owner to make sure that they do.

They come knock on the door and let me know that they are here. They let the invoice in the door of what they did and tell me what needs watering. They're professional. I had more weeds than I wanted one summer but I'm going to give them another chance. I've been satisfied for two of three years. A drought I had was a factor but I will continue to use them this year.

I like the fact that we don't contact Green & Clean; they do us. They are excellent and professional and very easy to work with.
