+ -1 moreNightmare to work with. Refused to explain the details to the seller of the home and charged exorbitant fees for amount of work provided. Failed home for standards that were overkill for HUD requirements.

+ 0 moreI needed an inspection from a structural engineer for a home I'm purchasing and he was recommended by my realtor. He gave a very professional inspection, describing all his observations at length and including recommendations for the report along with many suggestions for places and conditions I should watch for as the homeowner to catch any future developments in the home. The recommendations he gave came with exacting descriptions of what should and should not be done to remedy the conditions. I have recommended him to friends and would use him again without hesitiation.
