 + -1 moreI always enjoy my visits with Barney. Downtown Art and Frame is a one man operation. Even so, Barney always takes the time to spend with a customer (potential customer) to make sure everything is just right. His advice has always been spot on. I don't know how his prices compare to others in town because I've never had a reason to go into any other shops.
Description of Work: Barney's done work for me in the past. Right now I'm just thinking about having some paintings by my mother reframed.
