Excellent service. Drove over there, honked my horn and staff came out to my car to pick up lock. They rekeyed it while I waited in less than 10 minutes. Good price as well.

3 hr response from initial call to locksmith arrival. Locksmith was polite, quick and tidy.

The repairman arrived punctually and completed most of the work promptly. However the security door required that a special lock be ordered and I was informed up-front as to what the cost would be. As promised, I was phoned when the replacement lock arrived and an appointment was made to finalize the installation. The gentleman worked diligently on the installation for some time and when he had finished, he demonstrated the new lock. I was absolutely elated. The old lock which from the very beginning had been extremely difficult to open, now locked and unlocked like a dream. My experience with this provider was entirely positive and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I called Monday and the office clerk was willing to send someone out the very next morning however we scheduled for a couple of days later as that was more convenient for me to be there. When Shawn arrived he was right on time, professional, funny and kind. He was fixing two door locks on my mother's back door that she'd had trouble with and he rekeyed the new lock we'd bought so that it matched others in the house. He also advised about keeping the key on hand so she could get to it easily in case she needed an emergency exit. He was efficient and yet took the time to chat with me about her situation with the locks. The price was absolutely fair and I would definitely hire Don's mobile lock show again. Two thumbs up!!

I called on Friday and got an appointment for Monday. Quinton called in advance to say he was on his way. He showed up on time and worked steadily until he was finished, a couple of hours later. He seemed to be very professional. He was careful to close doors behind him, as I have animals inside. I was very pleased. I hope I don't have occasion to need a locksmith any time in the near future, but if I do, I will definitely call Don's Mobil Lock Shop. $173 was the price after a 10% deduction for my Angie's List coupon. I was expecting somewhere around $200, so I was very pleased.

He was punctual, fast and friendly. He made me a duplicate key as part of the transaction.

Called around 8am and was told they could do same day, late morning. The lady asked if we had someone here over lunch. I had to leave the office and was back by 11:30 so I missed the guy that came out and he left an invoice with the other girls in the office that were here. From what I was told, the work was done quickly and did not interfere with the constant flow of patients going in and out while he was here. When they called the next morning for payment, there was a small problem with me mentioning the coupon I had from Angie's List. They said you have to give it to them at time of service, but honored it anyway. Other than that last phone call, I would say that services were stellar and I would definitely use them again.

Quinton (the technician) was excellent! He was relatively on time (I had written down 8am and he came at 10:10... around 10, before he arrived, I called and asked if I had the correct time... they told me my appointment was actually at 10 since I was in Edmond, so it was my mistake). He had the locks changed out in about an hour to an hour and a half. He was very professional, and courteous! Most of our doors had a problem where you had to push or pull on the door to get it to lock. I didn't mention this to him, but he went around and adjusted all of the locks so that they would open and close easily without having to pull or push on the door. He did this as part of the service and without me even having to ask. I would highly recommend this company. They did an excellent job, and went above and beyond the call of duty.

The lock technician was very prompt in arriving here and in fact he called me about 30 minutes before the time scheduled and told me he was on his way. I had bought a new lock handset and he got ready to replace it and realized it wasn't that all about but rather a minor piece had broken and he could replace it and I would still be able to keep my present lockset. Some technicians wouldn't tell you if it was something else but rather sell you a new handset. Thanks for sending him. The date of service maybe off a few days....

They did a good job. Their price was reasonable and it was a good price as well. They showed up on time and were pretty reasonable on how long it was going to take.

Locksmith Quinton Holzbaugh provided prompt professional service. He installed new hardware on both exterior doors, and set them to the same key. He provided professional insight into the pros and cons of the two sets that I purchased. For a couple hours of work, it was well worth the price. I highly recommend this company and would use them again without hesitation.

The technician showed up on time and got right to work. He was able to isolate the problem and repair it in a short amount of time. He also spent the time to make sure the door was aligned properly to prevent it from happening again, as well as adjusted the deadbolt on the door. I used to have to press against the door to be able to lock the deadbolt, it now locks with minimal effort. All the while, the technician was friendly and answered any questions I had. I will be using them for any of my locksmith needs in the future and will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their service.

We had them install off a lock at the house in the past. They do their job promptly and well. I never dealt with any other locksmiths before so I do not have any price comparisons made.
