Description of Work: I had a toilet problem that was flooding two rooms in my house. What a mess! They came out immediately when I called and two days later it was like new again. (Two days time because of drying the carpet - padding had to be replaced. I definitely recommend this company. An excellent job!!

Due to humidity at the time of carpet installation several waves appeared on the carpet throughout our house. We initially just called a few carpet stretchers to get quotes. Needless to say, their quotes were unbelievably high. This prompted us to do a little research on who initially installed our carpet. I expected to call and get excuses or reasons why the vendor couldn't help. I was very wrong. He asked what heppened, when it was installed and when we were available to make it right. I have no idea how much he charges for work, but I do know Mark and David stand behind what they do. The were professional, timely and very kind. They have my business going forward, no doubt.
Description of Work: Repaired the carpet throughout our house.

Description of Work: They cleaned my living room and hallway carpet just before Thanksgiving. I called them since they installed the carpet in 1990, but I wasn't sure that they had a cleaning service. They came the same day and did a great job, charging a bit less then the estimate. I don't know the exact footage but I have two large living areas and a long hallway.

Description of Work: I worked with Raymond while getting carpet for my bedroom and tile for my bathroom. He is so helpful and willing to work with me on different options that fit my budget. He is very patient and gave me all sorts of advice as I was tiling myself. He even let me borrow some tools for free. I am definitely a repeat customer.

The overall experience was very good.
Description of Work: Re-carpeted home office. I stopped by David's Carpet one morning and Raymond Cossey of David's Carpet came out to measure for the installation the same afternoon. They ordered the carpet and it was installed one week later. The installers did a very nice job. I haven't noticed any issues at all. Will use them again to carpet our two additional bedrooms.

The estimate did not detail charges for how much carpet or the cost of installation. They had trouble explaining that one carpet would be installed differently from the standard method. The installation was actually quite good although they left the place a total mess and there is what looks like a seam in the entryway.
