Boyd Security

I have used Boyd Security for about a decade--I switched to them after my old security company (LV Systems) repeatedly failed to call my cell phone when I was out of town and my alarm went off (one time it went off for 10 hours before I knew about it and sent someone to shut it off). Boyd has been very responsive. They always call my cell phone to contact me immediately if my alarm goes off, and if they don't get me, they call my other contacts on the list as instructed (or send out the police if they can't reach me). I prefer having a local company monitoring my alarm since they are aware of things like power outages, severe storms, etc. They are courteous on the phone and have talked me through resetting my system in the middle of the night when it started beeping because my phone service was out. When my office relocated to Oklahoma City and we needed to install a new system, we chose Boyd over all the larger, national companies--they were competitive on price and easy to work with. They monitor my office alarm as well. I noticed they had not been reviewed previously on Angie's List and thought they should be--definitely one of the best service providers I use!
