 + -1 moreAfter numerous phone calls and mail sent certified, I recieved a letter from Dr Bethel and Lander Bethel saying they would reaplce the fence at their cost. in 10 days. It is well past 10 days and nothing has been done. A person would think that they would want to make sure that everyone is safe and not subject to a liability with a pool in a very desperate situation. Pictures will follow to this report
Description of Work: Dr Bethel and Lander Bethel are property owners in Oklahoma; They do not maintain their property. They do not respond to repeated requests to have property maintained. Leaving others to inform city official about dogs left out in 100+ weather, no shelter, no waterall day long. The let the grass grow over 12-15 in and once again the city must intercede. The renter says that the owners will not properly care for most things. And instead of Dr Bethel and Lander Bethel repairing the fence, that I have had to repair pver the years alone, Dr Bethel has allowed a swimming pool to be installed on the property making this a very serious sitiuation at 4705 TanglewoodCt
