I had them for years and years. For a basic call where they do a little maintenance and a little repair, it cost like $119. You call them, they show up promptly. They do what they are supposed to and they go away.

They have the most reliable, dependable, and the best price. The old condenser was going out, it was like 40 years old. We asked another company to come out and give us an estimate and they gave us an estimate around $10,000 to replace the system. Arthur's did it for like $3,500 and it was better equipment.

I really like this heat and air company. I told them they could add the cleaning done to my bill, but they said they would not charge me anything if I get a new air conditioning unit from them. The owner came to my home for the new unit and I really did like him a lot. He is a very nice and honest person.

They were very helpful and he answered all my questions. He seemed to listen to me and didn't have a problem answering my questions, which I don't always find. He was very knowledgeable and he set me up on a program where he is going to come every fall and spring to check the heater and air conditioner to make sure they are fine. I thought that was helpful being a single mom. He was absolutely professional and I didn't have any complaints there. I didn't compare their prices. I will absolutely use them again.

Arthur's was very good to work with and responsive. Our outside a/c condensor needed replacement due to storm damage. They responded promptly for a request for an inspection/estimate. Once they replaced the unit with a new one we had some problems with it not cooling the house well, so they responded quickly after normal business hours in the early evening to come out and look at it. They attemped to recharge the coolant and it did help, but they discovered the unit had some previously unnoticed damage most likely sustained in transport from the factory. They immediately offered to change it out with another new unit which they did. The unit has worked great since. We also hired them to do our fall heating system inspection/maintenance. They did a great job, left 2 new filters with us since ours were still clean, and even filled out and submitted the necessary paperwork for us to get the $30 ONG rebate All of the staff I dealt with - the estimator, the supervisor, the gentleman who did our heating system inspection, and the office administrator - were all friendly and helpful. I plan to use Arthur's for my spring/fall a/c and heating system maintenance as well as any future repairs/replacements. I would highly recommend them to others..

Very quick when it is really hot outside to replace the entire heating and air system. 1/2 a day to do the whole job. They had to come back out to do an adjustment but after that it has been perfect. Don't go to anyone else.

Very happy with this company! Serviceman went out of his way to fix our A/C on a Friday.
