Had a little difficulty communicating initially. Missed first appointment ? I thought ? but we may have just had a disconnect. A little late on the second try, but communicated that to me beforehand. Seemed very knowledgable. Fast. And courteous. Plus a good value compared to others I contacted. Will use again.

They came and I told them about the flies issue inside the home. He said that is most likely from some drain in the home. He sprayed near the doors and windows and some other possible places as I did not want him to spray all the house due to the infant that we have at home. He also sprayed the outside. After few days, there will still some flies in the house but much less so I called him up. He came after a few days and re-sprayed some places that he thought might be the source. After that, we have been clean of flies.

It went well in that someone came each week to survey the burrows. The only drawback was that I am not sure if all the moles are gone. No one ever confirmed that the problem had actually been taken care of. I would definitely use them again. After they had completed their service, I noticed that we still had a mole(s) in our front yard. I called them and they sent Vincent back out. He did another treatment for free on the mole trail that was new. He said that if this did not work, he would change to a different tactic. Rather than attack each mole run, he would set a perimeter to keep the moles out of our yard. He said the neighbors yard was much worse and he felt they were coming from there. And he would treat that at about half the price. We were very pleased with the outcome and their responsiveness to our dissatisfaction. We are now very satisfied customers and would definitely recommend them.

He gave excellent service. He and his worker were prompt, courteous and went out of their way to leave our garage cleaned and all our things back where they belonged. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company.

Alpha Omega is a great company. They're excellent. If somebody wants to have their termite inspection, I recommend them. I've never had a complaint so I stick with these people. I feel like they care about the clients. I think their price is very fair and their social skills with the people are good. They do good work and are reliable. I don't really throw out recommendations unless I feel comfortable with it because it comes back to haunt you.

They are prompt and professional. I have people who are deathly afraid of bugs and they are good with my tenants.

We have used them for several years and they have always come on time and what I felt like was a reasonable price compared with the other local pest control places. He was very polite and kind and seem to have pay careful attention for the kind of bugs that were around the house and their exterminations have been effective, so I continue to use them. I would use them again in the future.

The owner, Randy came out and sprayed the exterior of our house and the back yard for fleas. We have used Alpha Omega for several years and they |do great work at reasonable prices. Very easy to deal with and you will very satisfied with the service.
