There is an easement between my house and my neighbors that is difficult to mow. They cleared it out wit ha weedeater and sprayed it with weed killer to slow them down from going back. We also had an area of land that we had a hard time mowing because the gate was broken. They fixed our back gate and then mowed the area with their riding mower and sprayed grass and weed killer.. They mowed and edged everything in my lawn too.
They bent over backwards. They did a great job and I?d have them again.
"I am so sorry that you were disappointed with the price. This was a very large, very overgrown garden. It was filled with weeds and very large bushes and one very large magnolia tree. Before the client left, she asked us to do what we needed to in order to complete the project. We explained our rates before hand and called another crew member to complete the very large project. The client approved this before leaving for work. We also laid a thick layer of mulch in order to keep weeds from taking back over. Our number one goal is to acheive customer satisfaction. In order to keep costs low, we gave the client a 75% discount on the mulch. We also gave the client an additional $41 discount in addition to the initial $41 discount from the coupon. Over all, the client paid $625 for a job that would normally cost $905. We also returned a second time free of charge to make some minor adjustments at the clients request. Again, as you can see from our many other reviews, our #1 goal is customer satisfaction and we are willing to go the extra mile to please."
"We are so excited to work with the members! They have a beautiful property. We are very excited to continue working together to transform their backyard into a gorgeous, relaxing, santuary get-away. Thank you so much for the good review, it means a lot to us!"
"I'm so sorry you were not pleased with your service. We sent a crew of 4 instead of 2 for this project because we were told it was very large. This particular crew was young and energetic, but I assure you that all of our landscape technicians have ample landscaping experience. Our crews are trained to work quickly and efficiently. We implemented a "no walking policy" to make sure no time was wasted. I could see how that might appear to be chaotic. For $100 in the 4 alloted hours, we groomed a wildly overgrown and expansive lakeside ground covering, manicured 15 ft of hedges, weedeated 10ft of sidewalk over taken by weeds and grass, eradicated an elaborate root system of bermuda grass from a stair way by hand, plus clean up time. We believe that providing an excellent clean up for every service sets us apart from other companies. We designated one technician to clean up as we worked, then used a blower to complete the job. I am very surprised to hear there were clippings left behind. We spent 6 man hours total on the project with no extra charge to the customer. It is our policy to go over our rates before service is performed. Our normal rates are $50 per man hour and we do have a hauling fee of $75 per load. However, customer satisfaction is our main goal. We are often flexible with our rates if any dissatisfaction is expressed at the time of service. We also always perform a walk-through with our clients before we leave to ensure your satisfaction. During the walk-through for this service, no problems were communicated to us. In fact, the member expressed that he was happy with the service. Our business thrives from good reviews. As you can tell from our other reviews, we are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction and gain your loyalty."
"We do employ both male and female landscaping technicians. Our 2 female crew spent 8 man hours total on this project. The ground was extremely dry and hard, which increases the time required to do a nice thorough job. However we highly value customer satisfaction, so to keep costs down we only billed for 6 man hours, a $100 discount. I am so sorry to hear you were not pleased with the price, but I'm so glad that you were happy with the services provided. We often run specials, discounts, and coupons. Right now we have 2 Big Deal promotions featured on Angie's List. I hope you will not hesitate to call us in the future and let us know what is a good price point for you. We will certainly do our best to accommodate you!"
Being a person who teaches customer service and quality work I was pleasantly surprised when Brandon told me that his primary goals were providing customer service and quality work.
I will definitely hire Brandon again.
Dr. J. Bennett
They had most of the tools they would need for the job. While meticulous and conscientious -- in that in two hours, they had not completed nearly what I had expected for in the planting. I was willing to pay for additional time to get all the work completed, and I did give them 2 more hours at $100 per hour (full rate). Also, it wasn't appearing that the 15 bags of mulch I had would be enough to cover the beds (putting it on too deep and didn't liven up any of the old -- inexperience?) and so I asked, if I were to make a run to get more 20 more bags of mulch, would they have time to spread them. (they said yes; and so I got them.)
Result: They ran out of time and I had them wrap it up at 6 p.m with most of the work unfinished. Of the 35 bags of mulch, they had spread about 10, leaving 25 for me to spread later; and the run to get the 20 more was unnecessary -- none of those were used. Also most of the ice plants will have to be replanted because they were planted too close to the fronts of the beds; and none of the shrubs were trimmed. I hate to be a critic of a couple of guys who really wanted to do a good job -- but as I look at what was accomplished in 8 man hours and $300 -- it wasn't very much. I'm very disappointed, and I still need the work done.
"I am sorry to hear that you were not pleased with the services we provided. Our technicians are trained to work quickly and efficiently, but not to sacrifice quality to save time. As you noted, our crew wants to do a good job. This is because we care about the quality of our work. The list you provided was very extensive, even with two people working for 4 hours. Our crew would have gladly continued to work until the job was done, but we wrapped up when you asked us to. Additionally, had any problems or mistakes been brought to our attention at the time of service we would have made sure they were immediately corrected, free of charge of course. We are very conscientious of our clients' requests; we invite our clients several times during and appointment to review our work and address any issues. As you can tell by our reviews, our #1 goal is to keep you, the customer, happy."
