They were very responsive and called me right back. They were very professional in assisting me.

Even when my time ran out and there was a little left to do on my list, they stayed and finished it for me. I would recommend them to ANYone for ANY job, big or small. Their work was professional and efficient.

I called them to set the appt and they were prompt in scheduling to my convenience. They arrived on time with a crew and went right to work. They cleaned, trimmed & weeded ansd hauled off all that they removed. When they layed the mulch, it was short of covering the entire beds and they returned at a later date to finish the job. They did not require any payment until the job was completed. They did everything they contracted for and more. I was extremely pleased with this company and will definately use them for any future projects. They explained all the services that they offer & have even sent me an email to remind me of upcoming household upkeep projects. The owner is knowledgable and I wouldn't hesitate to use him on landscaping or property management services as well as lawn & garden.

Caroline and Brandon were great to work with. They knew I was in a rush to get the work done in order to put my house on the market, and they rearranged their schedule to help me. They're punctual and have an eye for details. The flower beds and yard looked fantastic for the realtor's photographs and my house sold in 3 weeks!

is In the decade plus that we have lived in Norman and hired various workers, these guys are the best by a mile. The job turned out to be a bigger challenge than expected, but they maintained a courteous, pleasant attitude from start to finish, and stuck with the original price, despite it taking more time than anticipated. I really appreciated that, other contractors have come back and tried to re-negotiate the price mid way through a project, and there's nothing I find more annoying than that! The communication was outstanding, and when they said they would be here they were, every time. They took very few breaks and were diligent about cleaning up and keeping the work area neat. Their attention to detail and making certain that nothing was missed was remarkable. This is the second time we have hired All-Things-Etc. and it won't be the last. We had them do some landscaping a couple of months ago and that job was also well done, so we'll be calling them soon for one last clean up after the leaves fall. As home enhancement specialists, these guys can't be beat, I'm happy to recommend them without reservation.

Overall, it went very well. They provided the tape, rollers and tools required for the job. We supplied the primer and paint. They taped off, covered the floors and worked hard to keep things clean. They were very personable and professional. The consistent attention to detail was noted as "good". Perhaps we needed a little more time to allow for final touch up and clean up of some edges. Next time, we will better prepare and do the easier tasks, like removing nails and puttying the holes, etc.

Communication was very good. Setting up an appt. was easy enough. The four young adults who showed up at my home were all most pleasant, courteous and very hard working. They actually started working before I even had all my requests articulated. I knew the job would go over the allotted time, but was happy enough to pay some extra to keep them on the job. I would absolutely not hesitate to hire them again.

I texted Brandon and told him I had brush along my curb that needed to be picked up that the big trash pickup didn't get. He arranged for a pickup later that week. He texted me when he was on the way to my house. I was at work that day, so he sent me a picture of their work when they were done. I was very happy to have this taken care of!

I had a special off of Angie's List. They were prompt. Actually, it rained and they did not think they were going to be able to come over and they called to let me know that they were not coming. They thought that they would be trimming a bunch of trees and clean up the flowerbeds so they went ahead and came over. The special was about five hours of labor. The young man and his wife came over and they brought three other people with them. They all had my flowerbeds done in about two and a half hours. When they came, they worked really hard. They did a really good job. I was very satisfied with their services.

Contacting the company to redeem my Angie's List special deal took 3 phone calls over a 6 - 8 week period. I left messages each Time and was finally contacted to schedule services. It was never explained that the 5 hours of clean-up could be less due to # of crew Until crew member called me night before to go over what was expected and to confirm time. The worker was very cordial and asked Lots of questions about my desires. He did offer ways to help save time so they could spend man hours cleaning instead of bagging. I did not realize that they would not thoroughly clean one area before moving onto the next. However, the head crew guy was polite and Helpful and attempted to do what he could to help me the most. He wanted me to be happy.

Fantastic! They did an exceptional job and wanted to make sure I was happy and not just that they did what the Angie's List coupon stated. Brandon and Caroline are professional, courteous, efficient and willing to go the extra mile to make their customer happy. I would most definately recommend them and will hire them again.

Brandon, Caroline, and Travis arrived exactly at 10am, the time they said they would arrive. He sent me a text the night before reminding me they were coming and sent me a text the morning he came to let me know they would be here as scheduled. He and the crew got started right away. They cleared the area we discussed, loaded the refuse in the trailer. They were friendly and took care to not let my dog get out of the yard.

Hard to find a company that will do more that just mow and trim with power equipment. Was very please with their work.

, there were 5 of them working, they cleaned up after they finished and did not take any breaks. I was scheduled for the pm and found out the night before and asked him if he could come in the mornings since I had a crazy neighbor would be gone in the am and he did that. will definitetly use them again

They did a wonderful job. It is a husband and wife business. They did great. I greatly enjoyed them and will probably use them in the future. They were running about fifteen minutes late but called ahead to let me know.

Our flower beds had not been cleaned out for at least three months and at the end of one afternoon we were ready for Better Homes and Gardens. Very nice, professional service, I look forward to having them back on a regular basis.

There is an easement between my house and my neighbors that is difficult to mow. They cleared it out wit ha weedeater and sprayed it with weed killer to slow them down from going back. We also had an area of land that we had a hard time mowing because the gate was broken. They fixed our back gate and then mowed the area with their riding mower and sprayed grass and weed killer.. They mowed and edged everything in my lawn too. They bent over backwards. They did a great job and I?d have them again.

Chad did a very good job getting all the weeds and ivy out, but left some partly buried railroad ties and the re-bar holding them in. We may not have told him clearly enough that we wanted that removed, too, but he could also have questioned my wife about it. We got the work done through an Angie's List coupon, so it's also possible we had used up the time allotted for the price, but we don't know for sure. Chad did offer to come back and haul away the railroad ties and larger plant material he cleared if we couldn't get the city to pick it up, which we appreciate. He also suggested using an herbicide on the roots left behind, which we may not have thought of.
