Description of Work: Provider very courteously called to schedule an appointment. I was unable to use their services right away. Soon after, I learned that we were moving out of the service area. Requested refund from Angie's List.

Description of Work: This was last year. I can' remember all the details. I know they were prompt with the work, very friendly and did a good job. I also hired them to mulch my flower beds. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: Brandon and his crew came out after I was stood up by another Christmas lighting company. I called them as a last resort and was amazed at their quick response to our pleas for help lighting our home for Christmas. They supplied the lights and were prompt and professional. Brandon made sure everything was to our approval. I would not hesitate to hire this company again, in fact I have spring flower beds to curb and design for the next season and plan on using them again. This is an A plus company that strives to please.

Description of Work: All Things Etc came and cleaned out my flower beds, trimmed the hedge and removed nuisance trees from my yard. Brandon and his team were super about getting here and taking care of this cleanup. They arrived early and did a fabulous job on getting everything I requested done quickly. Definitely recommend this company! Will be using them again in the future!

Description of Work: Bushes on the side of the house pulled up from roots. The numerous leaves were raked together. They bagged and hauled everything. Had rocks put down in area. Brandon searched numerous places for the rocks and kept in touch with me about rocks and pricing. Sand, cloth, and rocks were put down. Excellent and professional job. Have discussed with Brandon about future yard work. I have recommended this company to two co-workers.

Description of Work: They haven't contacted me and still haven't done any work for me. They must be very busy and overloaded with work.

Description of Work: I purchased a $100 mulch promotion. They were very prompt in calling and arranging a time to complete the job. I explained I wanted the mulch in my backyard flower bed, not knowing If one order would cover the bed. I was out of town working on the day they were to deliver and spread the mulch. I received a text from a friend of mine who pet sits while I am out of town, saying they had gone by to check on the pets and the mulch installation and there was no mulch at my house, but there was new mulch at my neighbor's! I then contacted the company by text. They were prompt in calling me back and verified they did deliver the mulch to the wrong house. They delivered my mulch later that day, calling me saying to completely cover my large flowerbed, they would need to deliver more and would give me another delivery at he same low price. I agreed. They did a great job on the flowerbed. The mulch was organic, which has a very strong smell for a coupe of days, especially in the heat. My neighbor was not pleased to have the mulch in her flowerbeds and was upset with the smell ( the mulch she received in error did not cost anything). I explained to her what had happened and told her the company would extend their promotion to her if she wanted to finish her flowerbeds. She declined. I am totally confused as to how they got the address wrong and spread mulch on my neighbor's small front flowerbed and then spread the rest on her large back flowerbed. My instructions to them was that the mulch was to go in the back flowerbed, so I do not understand how they put mulch in her front flowerbed.

Description of Work: They have mowed, edged and weed trimmed the yard for several months now. Caroline Green is responsive when i contact her about changing the time of the service. Their staff do a very good job and respond to special requests.

Description of Work: They came and applied the mulch very fast once they got there (they went to the wrong house the first time and had to reschedule, and the second time they were late). I was very happy with their work overall and would use their service again.
