Amy gave me a very good estimate and has since been quite responsive to the small modifications that I've requested. The service is reliable, friendly, and they do a nice job of keeping things "fun" (including leaving chocolates every now and again)., Highly recommended!

The lady who has the company met me and my husband at our home on a weekend where we didn't have to miss work - a plus right there. She talked about her company and the green products they used and how things worked. She gave me some information. She went through the whole house and wrote down my preferences, etc. We have two cats and she got their names and what doors need to stay open, etc. She gave me an estimate and said they would adjust the price if it took more or less time which I understood. She said it would probably take more time at first until they got a routine at my house which makes sense. She is professional and very personable. I have used this company twice now and was very pleased with them. The floors are so clean it looks like you could eat off them! Everything was dusted and cleaned just like I asked and nothing was bothered that I said not to bother with. We have two cats and they seemed fine both times after the cleaning. I was happy that everything looked so nice and clean with the green products which makes me feel safer and glad that my family and pets are exposed to less toxins. Also, the owner is very responsive to emails which I like very much. And it did take less time to clean the second time, so the price was adjusted accordingly and I was happy about that. I will definitely use them again.

We've been using 2 Green Chicks for 9 months. We have considered changing a couple times. They are better than our previous housecleaner before we moved to this area. It is possible our expectations are a little high. Our concern that we wouldn't find anyone better has kept us from leaving this company. But the owner is friendly and responsive. We had not complained about the service and she called to tell us that they were instituting new quality control checks to make sure that things were done well. It impressed us to know that a complaint from another customer led her to make changes to her company and contact all customers to make them aware of the changes. I'll review again if the quality improves.

I employed 2 Green Chicks to clean my 1260-sf home. I'd left calling them late (company was coming the next weekend) but they still managed to fit me in. The girls arrived right on time, they asked me a few questions about how I wanted things done, and I left them to it. They did part of the work one day and the rest two days later, as arranged. The quality of the work was wonderful - my house has never been so clean, and the girls' attention to the little details was just lovely.

Overall the service was good and the girls stayed busy.

Amy arrived punctually with everything she needed to work with me and get the job done. Together, we sorted everything for trash, donation or re-storage. Amy worked continuously and logically to accomplish the job within the planned time frame. As soon as we had done everything that required decisions from me, she told me to go downstairs and rest while she finished the job. She finished upstairs with a few minutes to spare and then used that time to break down and dispose of cardboard boxes, load the donations into her vehicle and take other stuff to the recycling bins. I was delighted with her work and will definitely ask for her help in the future. Given the skill and common sense she applied to the task, the price was reasonable, and she finished the work in the allotted time.

.I explained to them it was cleaning of new construction. The lady that came out was very nice, but I don't think they do a lot of new construction cleaning which was my big thing. There is a difference in new construction cleaning over regular house cleaning. There was still dust on door knobs and this was construction dust not regular dust and there was still dust in cabinets I had to go back and wipe down afterward. I know this sounds so crazy but one of the girls asked to use my restroom, my guest bathroom and she left the toilet dirty/ I mean there was streaks in the bottom of it and stuff. But it was mostly that they didn't wipe everything down. I don't know if they felt they ran out of time. Which to me wasn't a factor as I wanted to move into a clean home or if they were overwhelmed with the amount of cleaning that had to be done/ They showed up a little bit later like 45 minutes but she told me it was an hour window so that was fine. I mean they cleaned but like the kids bathroom it was like they didn't even touch that. I went with them because they work green. The products they use were suppose to be ok around small children but all and all I would not call them back.

These girls cleaned everything! I lost my cleaning lady around Christmas & had some health problems that prevented me from cleaning for about 3 months. I got their information from Angie's List. They came in and cleaned for 3 1/2 hrs, didn't take a break, & worked the entire time they were here. There was dirt, dust, & cobwebs to deal with as I couldn't because of my health. These women came in and worked incredibly hard. There wasn't a cobweb or a dust mote anywhere! They cleaned all the tile in the bathrooms & kitchen - they scrubbed my floors, sinks, tub, everything. The house is immaculate. They were on time & did everything they said they were going to do. The quality of their work was fantastic. They worked with great enthusiasm & a smile on their face. They told me when to leave a room so they could clean it, but otherwise I stayed out of their way & they stayed out of mine. Their price was a little high, but you get what you pay for. I've made another appointment for them to come back next month! I was so pleased. The manager, Amy, even called the next day to make sure everything went well.

I found them on Angie's List. They did well. There were two girls here for two hours and my home looked better, but I could have used more. I liked that the cleaners used green, biodegradable products. The home organizing was helpful and she was here for hours with me. The organization required a lot of work on my part. She was here for five hours and I stayed with her as long as I could but it got overwhelming. I am told that it was the standard price and I didn’t price around.

Overall we were very pleased with the quality of work they performed and the politeness of the staff. The only down side to their visit was the fact that they kept our cat in the master bedroom for the last part of their cleaning and then forgot to let her out when they left. When my wife arrived home about two hours later, the cat had shredded the carpet in the corner by the door. I requested some sort of discount or other compensation for the loss and was told that they were not responsible for us owning a cat. I enjoyed their service but this event and the price makes me think that we will not want to use them for our future needs.

First I want to say that ?Two Green Chicks? provided an excellent service, leaving my rooms truly spotless. Also, I believe that Amy (the owner) is both honest and ethical. I consulted the TGC website to determine approximate cost before calling Amy. This is the information provided: · Mini Green Clean - 2 to 4 hours of cleaning: For residences under 1000 sf ($70-$140) · Green Clean - 4 to 8 hours of cleaning: For mid-sized and larger homes ($140-$280) Amy came to our home, looked at the rooms and estimated ?3 or even 4 hours? at $35. She did say she brings 2 people. Based on the website cost range for a small home and her estimated amount of time, I assumed that it would take a total of 3-4 hours to clean 4 rooms, even deep clean or a range of $105-140. The actual cost was $288.75. I have used cleaning services for 25 years and have no concern with the rate. I was shocked by the amount of time to clean 2 ½ bathrooms, a kitchen and a tile entry way. I did express my surprise to Amy. She responded (in paraphrase): ?I always send at least 2 and I always come on the first clean so we were there a total of 2 hrs 45 minutes. I explained the rates when I came but maybe since we were trying to keep the fees on the "down low" it wasn't clear....... Since this was the first clean and was more if a deeper clean it took longer - in the future I would think it would take 3 hours with just two people ($210).? Again, given the web posting that a small home can be cleaned for $105 ? 140, I find this to be very misleading advertising. So please use Amy for a great service, but be very, very clear about the amount of time that it will take to complete that service. I shared this post with Amy before submitting it to be sure that I am not misstating anything ? because I really do believe she is ethical. Here is a part of her response that will probably prevent this from happening again. ?This particular situation has opened my eyes as this is the first time I've come across this misunderstanding. Honestly I've been meaning for a while (but just never seem to have time!) to create a written quote card so I can write down the fees quoted at time of estimate. I surely don't want to mislead anyone and make them think I'm being shady - it's just not how we operate!?

They are good. They came out to the house two weeks ago. It costs $120.00 per visit. They do very well. I have no complaints. I use them every two weeks.

Overall it went well. The business owner/partner showed up with a helper ready to work hard and she did. Her helper was far less vigorous and impressive, seeming to just go through the motions in a relaxed way. I'd use them again but supervise better and bring this up before haaving them begin.

I am a law student, so i don't have a lot of time to spend seriously cleaning my apartment. I called 2 Green Chicks after hours and Amy answered the phone. She sent two ladies over the next Wednesday and even came with them. They made my apartment look and smell wonderful!

These 2 green chicks do outstanding work. They are punctual, and pay attention to detail. I had no idea what to do with all of these flower beds and they discussed options, let me pick flowers and plants, color and scent and developed a design that is amazing. After seeing the beds, measuring and listening to my expectations and concerns, a plan was delivered to me with detailed drawings including pictures of plants and flowers and the design plan. The great thing is that it contains mostly perennials on the design which will save me money in the long run since they will come up year after year. These chicks are efficient and I would highly recommend them for your landscaping needs.
