Description of Work: They are a bit pricey compared to previous companies I have used. They do everything they say they will do. They are good to use green products, no harsh smells. They arrive within 15 minutes of start time and usually complete in 2 to 2 1/2 hours. They are polite, pleasant and friendly.

Description of Work: This is the second time I have used them to clean a rental house of mine. We have set up a monthly cleaning schedule. I am very happy with their service and that they use natural products when possible.

Description of Work: A Five Star Operation . . . I have been a customer of 2 Green Chicks for about two months. The cleaning is great and the women are very flexible about when to clean in different rooms in the house, which is good during the summer when the kids are all home and sleeping in late. They are very professional and thorough in their work as the women clean quickly and efficiently. They are responsive to client's needs and special requests--a monstrous mountain of laundry to be folded and put away? A frightening refrigerator to be cleaned out? A bathroom mistreated by two teenage boys so that it makes a service station bathroom seem like the more sanitary option? No problem for these women--the house smells and looks terrific when they are done, and it feels so good when things get hectic to have a clean house to come home to. I also want to say that Amy, the owner/director has helped me now several times with major regorganizing projects that I wouldn't dream of tackling on my own. I have a bedroom closet I can walk around in now and actually see everything thanks to Amy--it's beautiful! I have a utility room with usable storage now where a few weeks ago every cabinet space was crammed with a frightening collection of accumulated stuff. She even helped me clean out and organize my tween daughter's closet, perhaps the scariest job of them all, and made her happy/inspired to do more cleaning on her own. This week she helped me tackle a complete reorganization of my kitchen. Everything has a logical place, is tidy, and a system I can actually maintain when things get busy in the fall! Amy is personable and very fun to work with--she motivates me to want to do more and has many great ideas and tips for getting and staying organized. She's willing to do the shopping for clients to purchase what they need (bins, containers, shelving, etc.), but once she told me what I needed and where, I was able to find that stuff at the store myself. She's also great about finding ways to repurpose containers and boxes so less is wasted. Finally, several times now she has loaded up the back of her van with bags and boxes full of clothing, kitchen gadgets, and all kinds of other stuff we no longer can use and takes it to a local NPO charitable organization and brings me back a tax donation receipt. She also takes stacks of recyclable stuff to the recycling center too, which on my own I probably would never find the time to do. I wish I had some before/after pics to show--it really is an amazing difference! Between Amy and her wonderful, professional employees, my home has become a much more pleasant space and my whole family is happy!
