+ -1 moreNo one showed up at the scheduled time. No one called. When my wife called them, she reached an abrupt receptionist/dispatcher who refused to help in any way. We could have called other companies, if Sharp had the courtesy to let us know they couldn't do the work.
Description of Work: We called them for service when our water completely went out. We had no water whatsoever and needed someone to come out quickly. They promised to come out the next morning and investigate our problem.
