Service by Luau

Total scam of a company. Stole over $6000 from my family, never finished the job, caused electrical damage in the process. A quick search of the SOS website will show they don’t pay taxes and start shell LLC’s to avoid responsibility-none of their equipment is even in the company name! We left a message asking for an estimate for services. Ricky came out to look at what the situation was. He tried some different methods to get the ladders out. When that didn't work he gave us an estimate for the solution mentioned above. He didn't charge us at all for the original attempt to get the ladders out, even though we hadn't yet accepted the estimate and hired them. All of our phone calls were returned in a timely manner, and all of our questions were answered. After the job had been completed and the workers had already left, I noticed that one of the ladders looked just a little bit crooked relative to the water level. I called Luau Pools to let them know. They said it would not be a problem to come out and even out the ladder a little better for no extra charge. Since we were planning on closing the pool and putting the cover on the next day, they agreed to come back out in the spring to do this. We are very happy with the communication and service provided.

They were excellent and finished the job before they said they would and everything looks good and they are professional and did a great job and I was happy.

I feel that Luau Pools did not clean as well as they should have. I would have to hire them back, as they are the only pool service in the area. I would not be happy about it though.
