The service was pretty good. They got the job done in about an hour. They sent 2 guys out to do the job. The workers were both good and very nice. The scheduling was good.

Great communication and professionalism. Gentleman called to clarify and apologize. Angie's List refunded $149 within ten business days. Work never performed due to misreading of deal as $500 worth of insulation in attic when it was $500 off of $2000 worth of insulation. Service provider contacted Angie's List to correct verbage on deal.

It was really good. Their price was competitive. They got the job done in about 5 hours and they sent 2-3 people out to do the job. The cleanup was good and you couldn't even tell they were hear. We didn't have any problems with scheduling.

They did a great job; very courteous; very easy to work with. They answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns.

They came, did their work, and it went fine.

Todd came and evaluated our insulation and showed me what and how he was looking at it. He then prepared a report that showed exactly which walls, vents, and areas of the attic needed more insulation. He answered any and all questions I had, and presented a complete and open estimate. I asked him to schedule it, and he got it in just a few days. This was just before Christmas, and we have really noticed the difference during these latest cold low temperatures. Our gas bill is already lower than just the previous months. They were prompt, neat, and cleaned up very well before they left. They were very polite and always a complete professional. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I even received some photos a few days after the job to show me some of the before and after photos taken by the installer. Great Job!

Very professional and informative. Gave estimates for improvements and even suggestions for DIY. Very impressed and would definitely recommend. Plan to work with them again.

The work was done as described and on time, and I received a detailed bill, which was in line with the quote, and completed and signed paperwork for an energy rebate application. They were easy to work with and answered all my questions with thorough explanations. I would certainly call them again for any further insulation needs.

Every thing went as planned and can already tell the difference in how often the heater is not on now...

Could not tell it helped on utility bill and the "cool spots"seemed they were still the same. Bu tI see no way this will pay the return in 5-10 years or ever. I think for me it was not a good investment and probably would show same cool spots as before this was done but my bad! I will say the workers were very polite and professional.

They came back out a 2nd time to fix something they found was wrong and did not charge me for it. They were very nice and professional. Scheduling went well and they worked around my time frame. They explained everything well to me and sent me a detailed report that broke the bids down into sections with all the pictures they took which I really liked.

We had an initial miscommunication and he didn't keep the original appointment. After I called him he realized the problem and was able to come later that night, which was nice. He was thorough and quick and I'm going to use him.

Everything turned out well. I thought they were thorough and helpful but it was not completely what I had expected. Scheduling went well and two technicians came out to do the work.

The job included a number of repairs/corrections/improvements to the insulating capabilities in the attic, plus 8" insulation in the entire attic. I feel good about the price, but didn't price shop, so I don't have specific comparative information. | |Everyting was very professionally done by very knowledgeable folks. The only bad thing about this whole process is that they go up in the attic and then tell you all the work you need done, then when the crew shows up you have almost no idea of what they actually did because the whole thing is covered up in new insulation at the end. They recognize this potential problem and compensate for it by taking lots of before and after pictures. (I am not questioning that they did all the paid for work.)

Todd Cox was extremely professional and thorough. However, his services were not what we needed nor thought we were buying.

Mid-Nov. they took about 5 hours to seal leaks in attic (several) and prepared attic for additional insulation. Insulation was installed 11/27/12.

I am a 65-year-old widow and bought my home approximately 4 months ago. The inspection report noted lack of adequate insulation; so when I saw the "deal" on Angie's list, I jumped on it. The entire process was a very pleasant experience. Todd contacted me within a few hours and we were able to discuss details and finalize the installation date over the phone. Todd was familiar with the homes in my neighborhood and, actually, knew much more about the condition of my home than I did. The crew showed up on time, introduced themselves with a smile, began work immediately and kept me updated on their progress. The crew leader (I believe his name was john) took pictures of their work to show me exactly what was done. They even changed the bulb in my attic light. I was totally impressed with the work done on my home, but the clincher was when we had 4" of show. I knew that homes with patches of roof showing through the snow indicated the homes were not well insulated and heat was escaping through the attic. When I looked out the morning after the snow, I saw many of my neighbors' homes with patches of roof showing. When I went out and looked at my own roof, there were no bare patches - just 4" of snow covering the entire roof. Hooray for honesty, excellent service and pride in workmanship. The workers arrived on time. Answered my remaining questions. Performed all the work stated on the quote. After finishing they cleaned up all the mess. I can't even tell that had been here. I would highly recommend this company. Everyone was progressional and friendly to deal with and did an exceptional job.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They performed the audit well, gave me recommendations and came back with a proposal for additional work. We have not made a decision yet on what work we will move forward with. They were very timely and came within a week or so after I purchased the deal. They were very professional, prompt and kept their commitments. They communicated well and were thorough. The Big Deal was good value.

They were professional, but I wasn't happy with them. They came on a day where there was very minimal temperature change, so trying to get a thermal image was next to impossible.

The inspection took approximately 1 1/2 hours, within 24 hours of inspection I received by email a complete report with pictures documenting each area of concern and quote to remedy all the issues. We were given the opportunity to choose what areas we wanted to have addressed (no pressure to accept the entire quote - it was itemized to allow any area of concern to be addressed). We reviewed the options and went ahead with the complete repair. The morning of the repair a group of workers arrived (on time) with a foreman. They went right to work, the service took 2 days, at which the end the owner and inspector returned to review all the repairs / insulation installation, took more pictures of work completed and went over all the process to be sure I was satisfied with the job. The workers cleaned up so well after the job, my garage looked better after the left than before they arrived! Since the service we have had numerous storms, high winds and a couple of very cold nights. I'm know that our house air tight, as we don't hear the storms, and are not affected by a big temp. change in the over night hours. We even are surprised to find it has rained heavily during the night and never heard the storm. This is due to the great insulation installed, the new rubber door trim around doors leading to the outdoors. A definite A+ company with great service and product from start to finish! Thanks! They came about the time the tornado hit Moore and I wasn't at home I was in Alaska at that time. They came in the house and did the inspection and everything. And I told them over the phone that they don't have to worry about getting the report to me in a hurry right then because I understand that they had to deal with the damage caused by the tornado but I never got the report from them; I guess if I call them I can get the report now. My mom was at home and she didn't had any complaints about them.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and that was a total bust. They came over, looked at the house, and they said we needed 4,000 Dollars worth of upgrade, and we didn't want it. It was totally useless for us. They were slow in coming out, and I had to call them and beg them to come. We just felt like it was a scam. They gave us a detailed report.
