Very thorough, very polite and an exceptional company it just didn't work out for me but I would recommend them to others.

They were very knowledgeable and meticulous. I didn't end up using the deal because the work that needed to be done was too expensive.

We have been tackling an upstairs renovation project. We had a room upstairs that we had added on & had not completed and had gutted the bathroom. They insulated the exterior walls the new room as well as an uninsulated attic area. The men were in & out in 2 days. They cleaned up each day & made extra sure it was clean before they finished. They seemed very efficient. The insulation has made it warmer as well as a provided a little sound barrier.

Great guys, that know what they are doing, perform your inspection and show you exactly what's happening. No pushy sales stuff just good simple safe suggestions for your options with a written estimate that turns out to be exactly what you owe. They even told me what I thought I wanted done with my garage door wasn't needed. Installation staff is courteous, clean, diligent and through in their work. They arrived on time -- something I really appreciate. Before the job began, they went over everything that they planned to do to ensure we were both on the same page as to what work was to be done. They did their work in a very professional manner. They made a point to clean up after the work was done and remove any leftover materials, scraps, etc. They actually left the area cleaner than it was before they began the work. They made a point after the work was completed to review everything they did and then had me inspect the job to ensure I was satisfied with the work before they left. The workers were very courteous. Later that day, they sent me copies of the "after" photos so that I could easily compare them to the "before" photos they had sent me after the initial inspection/evaluation. We haven't really had too many cold or very hot days since they installed the new installation, but in the short time since I had the work done, I have seen a drop in my energy usage so the increased installation seems to be working well. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to work with people who show up on time, charge reasonable prices for their services, don't try to pressure me to buy unneeded or expensive services, treat me with respect and don't talk down to me because I am a woman (something far too many contractors, service providers and such have done), and ensure to leave the work area clean.

They arrived on time -- something I really appreciate. They inspected my attic area looking at the insulation, checking for any damage or areas with leaks, etc. They did a thermal scan as well as take almost 2 dozen pictures. They took time to find out just what I wanted in terms of attic installation. They discussed some of the problem areas they found and gave me different options to fix the problems. They were very low pressure and did not try to "sell" me on buying the most expensive repairs. I really liked that because too often I've dealt with potential contractors who want to rush me into making a decision or try to sell me something that is more than what I need. Instead, they wanted me to review their written proposal before I made a decision. They sent me their proposal which including a number of options later the same day. They also sent me copies of all the photos they had taken during my attic inspection which I found very helpful in making my decision. The price was good and their proposed work was in line with what I felt needed to be done. Again, they didn't try to "sell" me work that really didn't needed to be done something I really appreciate. I liked their proposal and their professional attitude so I chose to hire them to install more installation and repair some problem areas.

Had 2 gentlemen come out and perform an inspection of my attic for insulation quality/quantity and performed a thermal scan to help point out areas that were lacking in insulation. Overall they provided a thorough inspection and provided information on corrective actions.

On initial inspection before the job, Todd and Miles did a thorough and professional job of showing us the deficiencies in our current situation. This was done by thermal imaging and digital pictures. On installation day,the crew was punctual and worked consistently all day in 20 degree weather. The crew was extremely professional and courteous and allowed us to inspect their work upon completion. We highly recommend Weatherization Experts.

They were super good. They worked hard. They worked seven straight hours to get all that stuff put in my attic. They did not skip a beat. They were a lot more than the $99 Big Deal. It ended up being a couple grand. They did my attic and they went all through my house and they showed me all these areas where I am losing heat in my house because of not enough insulation. So, I am really super high on these people. They were great. I never had seen people work so harder. These guys were up in the attic in a hot day wearing coveralls and those days they were under face to protect them from whatever they were blowing in the attic. I was just super impressed. They were here for seven hours taking care of my attic. My house when it is real hot inside, it is cool in the house and when it is cold outside, it is warm in the house. It is amazing what that has done.

He was very imformative and said that my house was actually very well insulated. He actually seemed like he was telling the truth in terms of the estimate.

They came when they said they would, did the work, and cleaned up afterwards.

Weatherization Experts were professional, thorough, and very considerate with the complete installation process. They were very efficient in the time spent in our home, but were very good to explain each part of the the process. They estimated our monthly costs would go down but not only did they go down, they were cut in half! Highly recommend!

It went well. They explained all the details that they were doing and how everything they were doing would be going to help more to be easier.

That turned out really well. They said they would be on time and they were. They did that in a timely manner. About 3-4 technicians came out and it took them about a day and a half to do the audit for a 3,100 square foot house. Thy put a lot of insulation in the attic and some other areas too.

Very pleased with product & application, also happy to have reduction of electric bill, outside noise level, & rebate check. AAA+ Company, definitely recommend to neighbors, family & friends needing this type work done.

I expected to have a different experience. The advertisement for the deal shows a picture of the outside of the house leaking energy, and that was what I expected to get, not someone coming in, using a wand, and just telling me I needed more insulation in the attic. It wasn’t what I expected. They were on time and very pleasant.

Responded to certificate purchase timely, performed inspection, analysis and provided estimate timely, were extremely thorough, scheduled installation timely, were very professional, installers were professional, polite and cleaned everything up upon completion. Was extremely satisfied with the entire process and workmanship.

They did well. I have no complaints about them.

I would highly recommend Weatherization Experts! Prompt, responsive, and did exactly what we needed in terms of additional insulation in our attic. I was quite impressed at their responsiveness when I found just a small bit of expanding foam which seeped through a crack around an attic fan. They intermediately drove back out and went above and beyond to clean it up beyond my expectations. We're already seeing the benefits of this improvement in our house, quiter, lower bills, and a nice tax write-off!

Things went on schedule, were done quickly and every thing was cleaned up and put away afterward. Had a couple of questions and Miles came out the day after our call and answered them. We are very happy to have this completed.

This company is excellent! They know their stuff. They did an outstanding job. Todd and Miles came out for our free estimate. They brought a thermal scanner and went into each room and showed us where the cold air was leaking in. They took pictures of our attic, and explained everything they would do in detail. They were very professional. They emailed us the pictures and sent their estimate. Their price was very good. On the day they did the work, they were right on time and did all of the work in approx. 3 hours. The workers were very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. When they were finished they cleaned up very good. They had us peek into the attic on the ladder to look at the finished product. They also took pictures of the finished work and gave those to us. They came with a big truck and appeared to have all the materials organized and ready to go. We are very happy with what they did. The insulation is noticably higher in the attic and smoothed out level. We are going to have them fix an air leak in a laundry room wall very soon.
