I paid for the countertops at home depot, they said rivers edge will not call are give us a install date. That was 10 weeks ago. Started this in January

I called Rivers Edge Countertops and spoke with the owner, Jeremiah Rivers, about my problem. This is something that owners of granite companies would not normally do since it was such a small job and took time away from the big jobs they do. Unfortunately the man who owned the company that did the original installation had passed away. Other companies refused to do the work or just wouldn't get back with me. Jeremiah was so nice and professional. I had to call him about three times because his workman hadn't had time to come and fix the problem, but I understand that this has been a really busy time of year. When the workman, Heath Gray, finally had a little bit of his own time, he came to my house on a Saturday morning and fixed the sink. He was very nice and personable. I highly recommend Jeremiah and Rivers Edge Countertops and would tell anyone to call him first before beginning a job.

Rivers Edge arrived at my home on time and the two guys doing the work were very nice and professional. They tore out my old countertops and installed new granite. They paid attention to all details and did a fabulous job. I was very happy with the attention to detail with the seams. I am very pleased and will use them again for sure!

It was a very pleasant experience. There was a very small flaw found in one countertop after it had been cut and was being installed. They took it back and made me a perfect one with no flaws at all. Their tear down of my original countertops went easily without any damage to anything. And they installed the under mount quartz sink I had purchased very professionally. They took everything away and left my kitchen and driveway (where they did the cutting) clean and tidy. I strongly recommend Jeremiah and his crew.

They were awesome. The slab was very big, and they were constantly aware of their safety and my house ( not hitting walls, etc.). When it was done, it was maxing. The strange angle fit perfectly. It is gorgeous

The same people removed old as installed new. They were immaculate. They were so nice and polite. They were amazing. I was so impressed with them. They couldn't have been better. High quality of work. The workers were above and beyond of what I expected. The were very cautious.
