Strong 3 AV LLC

We recently bought a new (to us) home in Edmond. However, there was no cable outlet in the livingroom. I called COX cable and they sent out an in-house installer. They quoted me a rate of just under $100 for two outlets - one interior and one outside. However, almost immediately after the installed arrived, he proclaimed that he could not put the interior outlet where we wanted it (the only wall in the entire living room that made sense). The tech said that it was an insulated interior wall and that he was not allowed to fish cable down an insulated wall. He said all he could do was run the cable along the outside of the house (which looks terrible) and then down a wall (looks even worse) and then go straight through the wall and into the living room (totally unacceptable). He also said an amplifier AC unit I had plugged into the wall from my previous house should be unplugged because it could cause damage - this without even looking to see if it was actually powering an amplifier installed in the box. So, I promptly sent him on his way and called Strong 3 AV. I was given their name by a friend and neighbor who used them to totally wire his home with 14 cable boxes and not a single wire showing. Robert Strong showed up the very next day and within 35 minutes he was done. The outlet in the livingroom was exactly where I wanted it and he came up with an even better solution with the outside outlet. On top of that he informed us that there was indeed an amplifier in our box and that we should leave the AC unit plugged in. When we install additional cable outlets we will definitely call Strong 3 AV. They are coming back in a couple of weeks to install a video camera security system.
