PLUMBCO PLUMBING

Well, to start off it was the night of Christmas Eve going onto Christmas and our tub and toilets were draining in reverse ^_^ Seemed like every place was closed, but not Ron. He came out ran his snake gadget and somehow found out it was actually our tree that was intercepting the city line. He was able to fix the problem with what I can only assume was magic. Charged us like any other day (mind you it was Christmas) so he could of added $200 more and it would seemr reasonable. I'm writing this years after but I didn't know about Angie's List and his service was quite memorable.

He didn't charge us for that because he just came out for about 10 minutes and he told us where the leak in the line was. It was actually our water softener that was running constantly. He didn't charge us, but he did recommend us to another company that could come out and fix the water conditioner. That's probably why he didn't charge us, because he didn't fix it, he just told us what the problem was. He nailed what it was. His responsiveness was OK. I think it took him a day or two to get out there. He was backlogged at the time. I would give him an "A" in that it wasn't because he was brushing us off or anything, he was just backlogged on the field he had to do, jobs he had lined up. So I wasn't unhappy about it because it was a very minor leak. It wasn't like an emergency either. They are a family owned company and I would say they care about their customers. They do a good job. What they fix, they fix. I haven't had any breakdowns or problems with the work they have done.

He ran his auger twice and made sure he got the clog by running my washing machine a couple times. And now I'm up and running doing laundry again! This guy really knows what he's doing and is extremely professional and came to my house in a timely manner.

I called and he came out the next day. He was friendly and explained the work. He was here only a short time and replaced the whole pipe and added a new valve. I am very pleased with his work. He also gave us an estimate for some future work replacing our hot water heater. We will keep his contact information handy.

I was amazed they found it on the first dig and showed me were it was leaking.. then fixed it , filled the hole and the price was very reasonable.

It was great, as always. We first used his services about 3 years ago and have never looked for anyone else since. He is kind, considerate and will go out of his way to help you out when the situation is dire. A for instance is the last visit. I called him about the roots, it never gives much notice, it just abruptly stops. This stops everything, you can't use any water anywhere. With three people in the house, two with diabetes and needing meals on time, this means trouble. It was at the end of his day and he was going to the doctor the next morn, he originally told me he would be here directly after that. About 15 min later he called me back and said on thinking it over, he realized that was a long time for us to be without water and he was coming right over. That is the kind of man that he is. I would recommend him heartily and I cannot give him high enough marks. Thumbs UP!

Plumber was responsive and showed up at the appointed time. He had done work at this same house before an remembered several things that allowed him to make helpfull suggestions. Explained in detail the work required, time involved, and cost. After completion, he verified the repair was complete and watertight. I explained a waterleak problem we had around the tub. As a result, he took extra time to seal off the openings where valve handles came through the shower wall. We haven't had a problem in six months following the repair.

I called several plumbers for pricing on a Friday and most higher priced or could not do it until Monday. Ron from Plumbco was able to come out immediately to look at the situation. He went back to his shop and returned with a new hot water heater and all new materials needed for the job. Within a few hours, the new hot water heater was installed along with all new accessories. We were very impressed with Ron's knowledge and experience. I'm so glad he was able to get this completed that day instead of waiting until Monday to get hot water. I'll definitely use Plumbco in the future for any other plumbing needs.

I have been using him for two and a half years. He does all my plumbing work. He's dependable. He comes when he says he will and calls when he is unable.

I feel that Plumbco Plumbing is always prompt. If he can't come out and perform the work because it is out of his job description he will recommend someone that will be able to complete the task that is very reasonable and does a great job.
