The first time they put it down there were bubbles. They took it up and redid it, but it was the wrong color. The next time they redid it there are still bubbles. The patio resurfacing took much longer than they estimated. Wouldn't show up for days. Would schedule a time to come out and work, but then wouldn't show up. This happened several times. Our appliances were left outside the garage for at least 2 nights. We were told that the cracks in our patio would probably return over time, but that they would come out and fix them. They provided us with a written 4 year guarantee. When we tried to contact them the following spring to see about repairing cracks that had already appeared, they did not return our phone calls. When my husband finally reached Kevin Madison he set up an appointment to come out and look at the issues. He never showed up and all efforts to contact him since have been unsuccessful.
