Description of Work: I had a gopher bite on the cold water line going to the sink in my kitchen island. I cleaned everything out and cut the cabinets away so they could get to it easily when they got there. They had to chip away some of the concrete because the leak was a couple inches below the surface, but the leak was fixed in less than an hour. I also had them replace the cartridge in my leaky shower valve while they were there. The cost was much less than I expected.

+ -1 moreThey came out last fall to fix the sink in our outdoor kitchen and winterize it. This spring when we opened up our kitchen, the drain under the sink was leaking exactly like it was last fall so I called them out again. This time, he said that a part was broken and he did not have it on the truck so we would need to fix it ourselves. This weekend, my husband looked at it and the "broken" part was not the problem and he fixed it himself. He then came in the house to fix the faucet at my kitchen sink. Same story, handle not on truck, fix it ourselves. If my husband had time to be a plumber, we would not need to call anyone!
Description of Work: Nothing. Needed 2 faucets fixed.

Description of Work: Don't remember how long ago it was when I last used Carls Plumbing. It was in the winter and my dishwasher solonoid broke and water was coming out from underneath in gallons. I called Carl's and he came right away and helped me. The roads were a sheet of ice but he came anyway and did excellent service for me as usual. I won't use anyone but Carl's. This is one of several times he has been to my home and helped me.

Always in time when scheduled and I have never had a re-repair of any work he has. A plus is that Carl is very upfront and honest and won't talk you into work that is not really needed.

+ -1 moreCarl form Carls Plumbing had came out as scheduled to replace a leaking valve going to a toilet. I had purchased a new toilet and was was installing it when I saw the old (original) water valve was leaking. My simple upgrade turned out to be not so simple. Here comes Carl to the rescue. Carl removed and replaced the the old leaking valve. He even assmbled the new toilet, fixed the waste trap and installed the toilet. He leveled it up (the old toilet was never level and you were always leaning to the side) sealed it and it has been working perfect since. He saved me a bunch of hassle and did a fantastic job. This is the second time we have used Carls Plumbing and he was actually refered to us by our insurance agent. He has done a fantastic job both times! Yes, I would recommend them to anyone. Description of Work: Carl's Plumbing installed a new toilet in the bathroom. It replaced one that was decades old and not very efficient with water. I purchased the toilet from Carl's.
