We had researched and viewed actual shelters installed by this company and were impressed with the product and the quality of the shelter. We ordered a shelter in July and it was installed in September. This was good, but the installation process was horribly done and would not use this company again. They shelter was not completely painted and my wife had to go in and finish painting areas inside the shelter where paint was missing. We had a nonslip material put on our stairs and bottom floor of the shelter and it was done unprofessionally. It looked like they had done it in a hurry and part of the material was running off some of the stairs and looked horrible. They got the concrete too wet and floated the shelter, so they had to redig and put the shelter back down and because of this, the shelter sets higher out of the ground than we had wanted or anticipated. They did not level the dirt like they told us they would and overall did a half-hearted job on installation. I can't believe they have been in business as long as they have with the kind of installation work they provided for us.

The only good thing was the delivery of the safe room before anticipated. We had researched and viewed actual shelters installed from this company and were impressed with how they looked and their build, but unfortunately that is not how my shelter turned out. They brought a shelter that was not completely painted and looked like had been done on a rush. They did not order enough concrete to complete the installation and had to order a second batch which I later learned was not up to code and should have been a continuous pour. During installation, they splashed concrete all over my brick and vinyl siding and a piece of a tool broke off and flew into my siding making a hole. I did not see this until later and they failed to mention it to me. I had to replace the siding on the back of my house. They did not level the dirt like they promised and I would not recommend them to anyone else. I think their product is overall good, but they do a shotty job on installation and do not pay attention to details.
