On November 22, 2014, I took advantage of the $59 for 2 Hours of On-Site service from Spark I/T Service by requesting the service through Angie's List. Robert Allen contacted me promptly thereafter and we arranged for him to come out to my house on December 2, 2014. Robert arrived early and got right to work cloning my smaller older Solid State Drive and imaging the new larger SSD. He then physically swapped out the drive, booted up the computer and it performed just as it had before the swap but with a lot more memory and file swap speed. He also solved a few problems that prompted pop-up error windows. Robert did find an error message he would have to do some homework on and said he would get back to me as soon as possible with the answer. As promised, he called me back a few days later, remotely controlled my desktop computer and quickly fixed the problem at no extra cost. During his 2-hour service call, we had lots of time to talk shop while files transferred to the new drive, and I found him to be pleasant, polite and quite knowledgeable in his field of expertise! We also found that we had a few things in common too. I highly recommend Robert Allen and Spark I/T Services to anyone who has a personal computer, business or network! I will use his service in the future if needed.

We have serviced over 2300 people and companies in the 18 plus years we have been in business and in over 35 different states and this is the very first negative review we have ever received. I guess it is true, we can't win them all but we should examine all the facts first before we make nasty comments to try to ruin a companies online reputation. So with regards to looking at the facts and only the facts. Simply put, we did have a scheduling issue due to the holidays and we were unable to make our first appointment with the customer at the exact time specified. We service many accounts and do our very best to be on time each and every time. However we admit we messed this first appointment up by neglecting to call and update our customer on our time-frame of arrival. When we realized what had happened due to a phone call from the customer to us (she left a message) we promptly called her back within 20 minutes apologized and explained that we did have a tech in the area and would gladly come over and fix her issue that very day. I remained in contact with the customer until several hours (8PM) after our office officially closed for the day and when my tech finished the job he was on I called and said we could be there in a few minutes. The customer refused this time and rescheduled the work for 2:30 the next week. This was on our calendar and the proper time was allotted and I (the owner) was personally going to perform the work to make sure it was done correctly and I was going to offer our additional services (managed antivirus) to the customer free of charge for the next year in order to make up for the previous weeks issues. Instead I found out that morning that the customer had sent in a request via Angie's List (which we overlooked because it was an email request) to have the work performed at 8:30 that morning instead of 2:30 like what we had scheduled. The problem is we are not open this time and it is clearly outside of our business hours posted on this site. So, this appointment was missed because of the customers requested time change which we did not notice until too late. The third "missed appointment" we are still trying to figure out since we technically only missed the first one and we took blame for it and tried to make it right. We have been in touch with the customer and tried to resolve her issues but are unable to come to a resolution. However I must say she sure was quick to complain and post a negative review on Angie's List to try and hurt our reputation. Maybe if she would have put that much effort into conflict resolution this issue would have never taken place.
