I had a little bit of a problem getting a quote in the first place and then getting them scheduled for the job, but once I was on their schedule, they showed up when they said they would, finished when they said they would--even staying very late one evening and coming back on on a Sunday morning to get it done. The workers worked very hard the whole time they were here. We have had a lot of work done on our house in the last couple of years, so I have a lot of work teams to compare them to! While they were here, apparently two of them had a spat but their supervisor handled it extremely professionally. I could not have been more impressed. That kind of thing is going to happen when a small group of people work so closely together under difficult working conditions. (It was extremely hot the week they were here!) It was handled so very, very well. Not only did he address it with me, but I felt like he did a good job of resolving it in a kind manner with each of them, while also putting a stop to it. The roof is perfect--all details were finished very well. No leaks at all (and it's been over a year now). I got several quotes and theirs was one of the highest, but they have been in business a long time, they are professional, and they warranty their work and that has value to me that I was willing to pay for. I'm not sorry that I paid more. I would hire them again and I would recommend them to friends and relatives.

They did a good job. They were here when they were supposed to. There was one minor problem with water leaking, but I called them and they came right out to fix the issue.

Did not Actually hire them, Dodged a bullet there :-)

So far it has not leaked, which is a success.

The work began at 7 AM and was completed by 5 PM The weather was favorable, and all 4 men worked steadily and worked as a team with the leadership from Arturo. Arturo was very cordial with all my questions and with his crew.

Very professional job, and Craig is a very kind person. Am very happy with the looks of the roof, and the crew was very insistent on making sure they had all the excess nails and debris picked up. There was one man that did nothing else but pick up trash.

They broke my trees, and they did not clean up like they said they would. Then they left nails sticking out of the roof, and nails all over the roof which still blow off every once in awhile. He also voided my warranty on my windows when he screwed through a bunch of them.

I HIRED THEM BECAUSE MY NEPHEW RECOMMENDED THEM TO ME. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. THEY MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED UP BEFORE THEY LEFT.
