+ -1 moreThe work went far better than it would have with a technician less capable. All work was done according to schedule, in a timely manner, and Aaron was always very professional. He was willing to spend at least 2 hours without charge to explain to me the nature and extent of the problem, what would be needed to fix it, and how it would be fixed. This winter I had an unrelated problem in one of the units and called Sensible Air to check it out. I found out THEY WERE NO LONGER PROVIDING RESIDENTIAL SERVICES and received a referral to another provider..
Description of Work: There were several problems, but in the major work they had to virtually re-wire the computer boards of both HVAC systems, which were relatively new but which were lemons. The whole process was extremely complicated due to the newness of the technology, which the manufacturer had to redesign and rebuild after the first year of distributing this model. After trying several other repair options, I was finally referred to Aaron, owner of Sensible Air, who was the only one I found who could even understand the system because he had received specialized training about it. The $4000 price tag for 2 years' worth of work seems high but if that were divided by the number of hours he and his associate had to spend, it would not be exorbitant. Had I replaced the 2 systems with new equivalent systems, the cost would have been around $10,000 per system.,
