Description of Work: Never had any work done, individual said he would come out and give me a quote and in the end didn't give it to me, even after several phone calls and conversations. I'm not saying that he doesn't do good work and perhaps I caught him during a busy season but just to have said that he didn't want to the work or that he was busy would have been more professional.
