My plan of metal covered pergola on my patio made reality by Don Stroud & his team. I couldn’t be more pleased. The job started on a Friday all done following Monday. He added a gutter later the same day! Looks great & very reasonable price. These guys know what they are doing - hire them you’ll be glad you selected 4S Construction

First job- they put metal on a sunroom on the back of the house. It is fairly flat and I can not see the metal to say if the metal is dirty and scratched but what I can see of the trim is clean and scratch free, Second job-used metal that was dinged and dirty (stained, would not wash off). Job was started the first week of July, when they did the front gable before a carport was built. They returned in August for the other three gables. The metal did not appear new and was visually noticeable for the road. The owner agreed that the metal was nasty and had some dings and scratches. He agreed that it needed to be replace or repaired. He assured us that he could hide the scratches with touch up paint. The paint only made the scratches more noticeable. He then agreed that he would replace the dented and scratched metal, and that he would clean the rest of the metal. He would make it right. They washed it three times and replaced some of the sheets of metal. The metal he did not replace were/are still stained and scratched. He finally agreed to pay us back for three sheets on the front gable because they are behind the carport and would be difficult to replace. He then agree to pay for the stained sheets on the side gable. This finally ended on OCT. 31, 2022. We are now looking for someone to replace the stained sheets so the problem continues even without 4S construction. They would say they would be here on certain dates but rarely showed with they promised. He kept putting us off stating construction work is like that 'sometimes you have to go with a job that pays $10,000.00 and go back to smaller jobs'. That is not his exact words but that was the meaning of his statement.

The service went very well. They were very professional and kept it clean. They finished when they said they would finish and started when they said they would start.

Very good work on my gutters and siding would recommend them any time

As a home remodeler we have used 4S on multiple jobs frogging siding gutters sod. All the jobs have gone as planned and the price if was very fair.
