Friendly, up-front, fast service on the weekend, and I have no complaints about his service.

This was an excellent experience with Mark's Heating & Air. I contacted Service magic looking for a local service provider and within minutes Mark contacted me and had ordered my condensor and this was on a holiday weekend (4th of July).....I could not believe he could get the part and get it installed on a sunday and was extremely impressed with his service. He delivered and installed the unit within 2 hours and he was so very courteous and personable. I would recommend Mark's Heat & Air to everyone as this has been the best customer service I have ever had. New Unit is working better than my old system and this customer is very pleased

Mr. Minick called me back, literally, in less than a minute after I hit the enter key. He came over in less than an hour � true to his word � and was very professional & informative as he checked out my system. He explained why we kept losing freon, and why the leak(s) couldn't easily be found. In the end we will need a new coil unit and heating system. He prioritized what needed to be done, and when, as a means of saving us money and allowing us to budget for work to be done later. He was very knowledgeable, quick and courteous. I will definitely be calling him again before September to finish the rest of the work.

having a problem with getting it to cool right, however mark was very professional in his work. came by serveral times to be sure it was working well and right. some adjustments were needed and he was fast and very concern on taking care of me and my family asap. .

Mark arrived on time and ready to install the unit I had requested. Unfortunately, I had given him the wrong information on the unit, but he was very understanding and worked with me to resolve the issue. He included several other tasks (reworking the wiring to the breaker, moving the thermostat and fixing a hole in my return air vent) without additional charges. Thanks Mark

Mark called me immediately after I hit enter on the computer. Another company had already come to my house and told me that my compressor was out and it would cost $2400 to replace. They charged me $89 for that. Mark came by and fixed the wiring that the previous company had moved around. He then fixed the initial problem for $280 and stated if this unit needed replacing in the future, he'd take that amount off the new unit price. The price Mark quoted me for a new unit (minus the $280) was less than the $2400 quoted just for a new compressor. I just want to say thank you Mark.

Last week I requested a quote from Marks Heat &Air. Within about 1 minute of submiting the request Mark called me. We spoke for a few minutes ( Itold him my problem & I told him I would call when I had the $ to pay him for the service required.) 2 days later Mark showed up @ my door, ask to see my unit, (He said he was in the area and had a few minutes 2 spare) And within about 3 minutes had my problem fixed and was headed for the truck to head off 2 the next job! SO QUICK! Here in thirty minutes on an icy day. Did the repair and gone in thirty minutes. Everything seems to work fine. Expensive though, just to clean build-up off a sensor. BUT, it's the knowledge and experience that one should pay for.

Mark delivered everything he promised on time at the price he quoted. I was pleased with the quality of the workmanship and would recommend him to others.

Mark was out at the house within 30 minutes of the call. It was on a Saturday evening in the middle of a thunderstorm. He was very nice and answered allot of our questions. I would diffently use him again and will recommend him to everyone I know. He was GREAT!!!

Excellent response and communication about findings on the AC. Punctual about when he said he'd arrive..This is not often the case that a contracter says "2 PM" and arrives at "2 PM". Overall a comfortable and smooth experience.

I explained to Mark what I needed be done over the phone. He understood exactly what I needed and gave me a fair quote. Showed up slightly late (but he called in advance to inform me about the delay) and got right to work. Seemed professional and "to the point". Got it fixed quicker than I thought. Kept it clean. Definately gonna use him again !!

He called me at once after I entered my information, he was on time when he said he would be here for the quote, he answered all my questions and showed up the next day on time and ready to work. He did the job he quoted for the money he quoted, which was far less than some of his competitors. I would hire him again, and I would recommend him.
