+ -1 moreworked around weather delays. roof partially opened, then closed timely to avoid weather. showed problem areas , not just making claims. always offered options on problems
Description of Work: removed damaged aluminum awning, power washed exterior of house. reglazed windows. repaired eves, replaced chimnies. patched roof. painted exterior of house. installed new awnings. All work was well done, prompt, and of high quality EXCEPT FOR THE EXTERIOR PAINTING. He used a subcontractor Steve Grey to do the painting and Mr. Grey was pleasant, did quality work, but was extremely slow and only worked about 3 hours a day. In fact, the General Contractor came back and did the last of the painting without using the sub in order to finish. Finally finished July 15th.
