Highly recommend T.D. They pressed our insurance adjusters for weeks to finally cover our hail damaged roof, gutters, and deck. When repairs began, their team kept us informed during the entire process. When T.D. said their crews would be here, they were. No delays or "we'll be back later to finish up". It was done as promised and their work was second to none. We would recommend to anyone.

Not professional poor communication

This has been an awful experience. There was a large hailstorm on 4/28/2021. As expected, the next day we were flooded with contractors looking at the roof to replace. I really appreciated what Triple Diamond had to say regarding handling the job/claim. I hired them to handle the job. Initially, the conversations went well, and they agreed to handle the roof, the deck railing, and the garage door. After the paperwork was signed, that is where the trouble started. We had so many issues that I’m going to break it down into categories. Communication: Communication was terrible. We would go weeks without hearing anything. I will admit that the combination of our insurance and lender, the checks took a little time to go back and forth, but not that much. I would call to ask a question that was almost always met with, "i'll ask about that," but then we wouldn't get a response for weeks (when i called again). Our case handler would tell us they'd be by to pick up something (paperwork/window screens/etc.) and then they wouldn't show. Weeks would go by before they'd contact again and say they'd be by. Rinse and repeat. I eventually had to call and talk to management in order to get the claim completed. We had workers show up without any warning. Timeframe: This job took a VERY long time to complete. The hailstorm occurred on 4/28/2021 and we're finally closing the claim in July of 2022!! The Work Performed: Roof - Seems fine. I don't know much about roofing, but it looks good. That being said, the roofers left open a side gate on our fence without our knowledge. That evening our dog got out of the fence. For the next two weeks we made posters, drove the surrounding miles, and combed Facebook for any sighting of our baby. After two weeks, we got a call that she had been found in a ditch and had been hit by a car. Outside of the fact that this was a very expensive dog, she was a VERY beloved member of our family. I spoke to our case handler about the situation, and they advised, "oh we're gonna chew their butts out." That was the only thing every mentioned regarding the issue. Deck Railing - The deck railing was re-stained. However, they did not do any sanding/fixing the actual damage created by the hail. Also, the stain color they used definitely did not match the deck itself. Garage Door: The garage door was painted the wrong color. When we asked about them fixing it, they went around and around with "I’ll see what I can do" but then never getting back to me. I would call a week later and get the same response. Eventually, I called and spoke to a manager about all our issues, and they said, "we will absolutely get that fixed." I did receive a call the next day regarding it. That being said, several weeks later they dropped by wanting us to sign an appraisal form and to pick up the color sample. Unfortunately, we were on vacation. I called the following Monday to let them know we had what they needed. They advised they come pick it up and again, weeks went by. The garage door never did get repainted. Window Screens: Outside of how long it took for these to get fixed/replaced, the work was fine. They did just drop them off for me to put up myself. But that was an easy task. In summary of a very long rant, our experience with Triple Diamond was terrible. The job took over a year to complete, there was terrible communication, and we lost a very beloved pet due to their roofers. We eventually just signed the last forms, paid the deductible, and told them to forget about painting the garage door. We had sold our home and did not want this open claim holding up the sale.

Salesman showed up after a very minor hail event, inspected my roof and recommended a new roof. Insurance adjutor (2nd opinion) said it wasn't needed My roof is only 3 years old.

My dad, who is a 70 year old disabled Veteran with Parkinson's, has been trying to get his roof replaced since July. Triple Diamond took his $7K in insurance checks and has yet to give him a date for the construction. We have called and emailed multiple employees. They keep telling us they will call us back and never do. I do NOT recommend this company!

They did all the work agreed upon after working out the details. They were attentive ,professional and left my property in good shape.
