Tom's a Better Repair Service

I left a previous F rating on this Repairman. This happened during Covid Shutdown. Tommy showed up and made this repair right. I emailed to remove my F rating.

I explained the problem thoroughly to him, that after thumping loudly, the electronic panel shut down and locked the washer door on me. He charged me $255 to replace the electronic board but failed to tell me that it also needed a clutch in order to regulate the tub spinning. After he left, the machine malfunctioned again (in less than 30 minutes), and I called him right away. He would not answer the phone, or return the multiple calls I made to him that day or the following three days. I called another repair service, and they were honest with me, that the clutch assembly was another $200 for the part and nearly $300 in labor. If Tom would have been honest with me, I would have paid him his $90 service fee and not done the first repair. He basically stole $165 from this single mom. He knew it was a big, expensive job, which is why he did the repair that benefited him but left me with a machine I still cannot use. His moral compass is dysfunctional.

Tom was very professional. We would use him again.

It turned out fine. He did a good job. He was friendly and courteous. He was fine.

They were excellent. Their price was reasonable. They guarantee their work. I have used them in the past as well.
