Terminix - Moore -Termite & Pest Control

No show two times, given a two hour window of time each time, both times no show, completely wasted 4 hours of time and two days waiting for Terminix to show. Awful service!

He claimed that I had termites nearby, neither the other two found any evidence of that. He was the only one that told me something different. I really wasn't very pleased with it, so I did not buy into it. This is just my opinion and I don't want anyone to think I'm being rivalrous. I'm really trying to be tactful. Let me just say that their report was not consistent with other companies in their field. I found that it's always good to have several quotes to confirm your situation. I really was not happy with theirs at all. I didn't use them put they were trying to charge me for termites I didn't have. Their responsiveness was pretty fair. On the outside they seem to be quite professional, but real professionals don't try to make up things. They were really trying to push me to sign right away. They remind me of shady car salesman or something.

We've had a terrible experience with them in the past. We did not like them. It was just poor communication. They would never call ahead to let us know when they were coming and then they would show up and leave a note on the door and say, "Oh we were here, but you weren't here." We asked several times to have them call ahead of time to schedule it and they just couldn't get it right. They wouldn't call or they would call after they showed up. It was just horrible communication. They couldn't get in because we weren't home. I had a baby and they would show up and I would be putting him down for a nap and didn't want to let them in because the dog barks and gets crazy. I got sick and tired of them not calling ahead. We probably asked them six times to call us before they showed up and they just would not do it. So we got rid of them. The pest control worked. They sprayed on the outside and it seemed to work. It was pretty expensive.

We've been very happy with them. We had a problem with termites in the wall. They paid for the removal of the wall and the restoration of it. I am very pleased. If we have a problem of any kind, either inside or outside, all's I have to do is call them and they'll come take care of. Normally they just spray outside, but if there's a problem inside, they'll take care of it. They've been very responsive and are always here when they say they'll be here. They're really a good group. They always identify themselves and they put on booties if they come into your house. They call before they come to say that they're on their way.

I had a termite and pest control contract with Terminix. I had the pest control contract for about 10 years and it wasn't bad. They used to call in advance of showing up, ring the doorbell when they arrived and then either talked to me or leave the bill in the door when they were done. The last couple of years they would let me know when they were coming, but never ring the bell or leave a bill. They always had an excuse...the doorbell didn't work, the printer was out and couldn't leave a bill, etc. Not 100% sure they showed up several times because I was home and never saw them. The termite contract cost $2000 and the termites never left in 2 years. It was a guaranteed contract, but then they wanted another $1600 to treat the house. Three other estimates from companies that I had never used before all came in around $1100-$1300. I went with another company and won't be returning to Terminix for any pest or termite problems in the future.

The cost was too much; it seemed kind of high. To get an A from me they could actually provide the service that I paid for. They could make sure someone is home when they do the service instead of them coming when no one is home. For the dates they said they came I was here all day long and no one came by. They said they were here and I wasn't here and there was no answer to the door. They let themselves in the front and back yard to do the job, supposedly. I don't like that because I have small dogs. If they don't shut the gate or leave it open a little bit they get out and get lost. They were so rude I would never use them again. We still had bugs so we took care of it ourselves.

They do exterior pest applications and as requested additional targeted, seasonal pest control. Have not needed to use termite services.

He is very good. He is courteous and shows up looking nice. He calls the day before he comes. He does what he is supposed to do and he is friendly as well.

They are great. We have used them for almost 10 years.

They always do an exceptional job and have no complaints.

I think they get themselves over scheduled.

I do wish that they would have more flexible hours during the week.

Was great till they didn't show up. Rescheduled four times without calling to say they were not coming at the schedule time. I had to call them to find out that I was rescheduled. I fired Terminix!

It was good service. They came out and treated for termites using outdoor bug traps. The whole service went well from estimate to installation. There was no deception and they were very tidy about cleaning up.

I have used them for years. They charge me $40 for the house where I live and $60 for my rental.

They do a wonderful job. They call ahead of time to let you know they?re coming. You don?t necessarily have to be at home for the service. If I have any problems they always come back and I don?t have to pay anything extra. The price is reasonable. I am very happy with them.

We have used Terminix for many years. The price has increased over $12.in the past 18 months and the service has not been as good. When they come to inspect for termites they basically do a walk through of the house. I found termites the last time we had them right after an inspection. It's all about increasing the fee to see how high they can go before you complain.

fantiastic! I get an email to notify me of the upcoming apt which reminds me to call back and make sure they know I want ot be onsite so they can spray inside also. Johnnie even calls me day of to let me know what time he'll be out there and if he arrives before me he'll start on the outside before coming inside. He is super nice, professional and courteous. He even wears booties over his shoes!

The inspector arrived on time, performed evaluation and walked me through all the possibilities and plan options in the event of repairs. Was very courteous and knowledgeable.

The person that was coming out prior to this last time, we weren’t happy with and we were getting ready to quit but then they sent out this last guy and he was very good. He basically kind of said that what the other guy was doing wasn’t correct and that’s why we were having such problems with him and he did what we asked him to do in spraying around the windows because we were having problems with spiders and so he did a more thorough job and so far, it seems to be doing better.

Spray the house outside and inside if asked bi-monthly.

I have been using them for about 3 years now. I feel they do a really good job. They call me to schedule the appointment and remind me of the date and re-scheduling is very easy if needed. One technician comes out to do the work and it takes about 30 to 45 minutes to complete everything.

We didn't choose to have Terminix treat our home, we went with a local company for half the price and different warranty
