On-Site Blind Cleaning

Eric was professional and courteous—and my house smells wonderful now. His quote was accurate and he completed the job right on time. Will definitely hire again.

I have used Eric twice to clean the blinds in my house, and I have a lot of windows. Eric is very friendly, professional and has a great sense of humor. He stands behind his cleaning. I questioned the results of one of the blinds. Eric took it back, cleaned it again and explained why the blind could not be cleaned as well as I thought. Hint, you would be shocked by the amount of soot from burning candles that gets on your walls and blinds. Needless to say, I would hire Eric again. By the way, the name of his business is On-Site. He used to be able to clean on site but now takes the blinds to his shop and can get them back the same day. I don't blame him for not changing the name. It is a pain to get a new name changed in all the places where the old one shows up.

Went fantastic. Blinds in bedrooms that needed repair and cleaning were returned same day! Wow! Eric is a total professional. He arrived on time, returned on time. And, he fixed everything as promised. The blinds look wonderful after cleaning!. Will use him again and again!

Eric came in and took my Venetian blinds down put them in an ultrasonic machine and put them back up. They were fabulously clean. He has a great personality and was just a pleasure to have around. He also does repairs and installation.

The service turned out excellent. I was very pleased. The blinds smell good like they have been through the dryer. We didn't have problems scheduling the appointment. They called me that morning and said they were on their way, and it worked out great. They returned sooner than they said they would. I am going to give their card to the girl who does my hair the next time I see her. The fact that they were prompt, and they were nice stood out. It was easy, and they did a good job. They fixed one of them that was hanging. I thought the price was very reasonable.

Eric setup the appointment and arrived exactly when he said he would. He inspected my window blinds and provided a written estimate. He explained everything very nicely. He took the blinds with him and re-installed them after cleaning. Eric is very professional and personable. He was responsive and did an awesome job. I couldn't be happier.

Eric was the most pleasant person to deal with. I was having new windows put in. Eric agreed to come to the house before they got started on the windows to take down all of the blinds. He took them with him, and asked that I call him and let him know the progress of the window install. He was so accommodating to my schedule. He brought the blinds back not long after the windows were installed and hung them back up. They could not have looked better. Within a day after the service, I received a thank note in the mail from Eric thanking me for the business. That is something that I very much appreciated and will continue to do business with him..

Eric Bailey is the best! He promptly picked up my window blinds at the appointed time. He was quick and courteous. The blinds were returned and re-installedd the same day and looked new. Eric Bailey is a delightful person, reasonably priced and the overall experience was excellent. I wasn't able to do all the blinds in my house and stay in budget but Eric was completely understanding. I will definitely call him again.

Eric was very responsive to my call. I told him the sizes of the faux wood blinds that I needed cleaned and he gave me a quote over the phone. We made an appointment for him to come by. Eric remeasured the blinds and gave me a new price which was lower than his original estimate. The blinds were filthy (and I smoke). He had a serious challenge. He took the blinds and brought them back the next day in pristine condition. I was amazed. Eric is super nice, and friendly. I highly recommend his work. He is a pleasure to deal with.

Eric is an unbelievable craftsman as well as well an excellent person with whom to deal. He is always on time, his charges are reasonable; however, most of all he wants to do what the customer wants done, even to the point of asking questions like the following: How do you want these placed--next to the window, or out from the window? Do you want me to place longer turn rods so you can reach them better? Who measured these? (I did, and he smiled, I was a little off, but not enough to matter) Furthermore, his place of business was destroyed by the May tornado, and he was back at work within a week with makeshift gear. I appreciate him and his business.

The owner showed up on time and was very friendly during the takedown of the shades. All shades were returned the same day (slightly damp) but that was to be expected. He worked around my schedule and even did a small repair to a set of blinds I had in the house for free.

He is great and we are pleased with his work. He takes the blinds down at the house, cleans them in his truck and puts them back up.
