On the day of service, he called to let me know he was on his way. He and his crew did great work laying the plastic and stone and hauled off everything. I would use them again.

It went very well. I was so pleased I gave him $200 extra. The only problem he was one day late arriving on the job.

So important to look at review averages, not occasional outliers. We had a great experience with these folks: they came out for a free estimate, were patient with me as I adjusted the work I wanted done and gave me revised estimates. They had to reschedule our original appointment, but called ahead to let me know. They showed up and got right to work, taking care of exactly what I needed done very quickly, and even came in under the estimate. They were incredibly professional in all of my interactions with them. After being gone for two months, I had been dreading taking care of my overgrown back lawn. But they came and took care of it in less than an hour. It was well, well worth what I paid them. I'm so glad I gave them a call.

I couldn't get Mickey to come out and mow even after calling and scheduling 2 weeks in advance. VERY disappointed in the service! Would not recommend as dependable.

The beds were a complete disaster area - weeds growing 5 ' tall and crab/bermuda grass had taken over. The shrubs and hedges were overgrown and ugly. Mr. Mickey traveled out to El Reno and provided an extremely reasonable estimate to complete the work. He called me and gave me his schedule - arrived as stated. Phoned me to let me know they were on the job and then when the job was completed. He stopped by my office to pick up payment so I didn't have to leave work to come meet him somewhere. The flower beds had not been cared for since last August. He also put the concrete bird bath back in place - it had been moved and taken apart and it was too heavy for me to move. I am very pleased with his service, communication, and pricing. I will be contacting him again for another house in the Norman area.

Arrived on schedule, did requested work. Excellent job overall, at a very reasonable price. Hauled off all debris.

Mel communicated clearly and effectively. If there was a delay, he called us to let us know about it. He and his crew were professional and efficient. Mel gave us suggestions about improving our yard.

Very impressed with Mel! My flower beds were overgrown with Bermuda grass and Mel knew the solution. He and his crew turned my horrible flower beds into beautiful flower beds I enjoy. Mel and his crew took great pride in their work and treated my yard as they would treat theirs. It is also wonderful to see the boss working hard along side his crew. Mickey's did a great job on my lawn. the lawn was mowed, weeded, edged. The services were done in a professional manner and quickly without quality compromise. I will continue to use this lawn service for all my lawn needs.

They did a great job cleaning out much neglected flower beds. They added plastic liner and mulch to the beds in the back and liner with river rock in the front. Fence posts needed replaced and they did a fantastic job with this as well.

Mel was great to deal with. He was very responsive from our first contact, provided a fair estimate, and kept in communication through weather delays. When he came to do the project, I realized that I forgot to ask him to include in the estimate a section of our yard that needed sod and he offered to take care of it for only the additional cost of the sod (i.e. no labor). It was a small area, but he went above and beyond to accommodate our project.

Hire Mel and his crew to haul off an old hot tub. They had to take down some fence to get it out and then put it back up. Excellent work again! Punctual and professional. Thanks guys!

Very impressed with their work, & professionalism, called on way to job, to let me know they were running a little late, arrived within 30 minutes, got right to work, on largest tree, which took all day, 2nd tree didn't take as long, but, rechecked 1st tree, & double checked all area's for clean up. Pleased with job overall, definitely use again & refer. Still think Melvin needs to get a wood chipper, to make their jobs easier.

All went extremely well no issues at all. So very glad this was done today with another potential ice storm moving in this weekend.

Great service at a fair price. Mel kept me updated on when he'd be arriving, and was very easy to get ahold of. He quickly did the work he promised. He did a good enough job that he was moving on to the neighbor's house after he finished!

Mel was a very professional, prompt and considerate person, as were his assistants. He arrived as scheduled for an estimate, and arrived the very next day to begin work. It was a two day job. The second day was bad weather, but Mel and his assistants were willing to come on Saturday to complete the work. I would (and already have) recommend Mickey's Lawn Service to others.

Mel was, as usual, the best person to call for this work. He was out quickly to give me an estimate, the estimate was fair, and the work was completed cleanly and quickly the next day. I was just about to put my house up for sale when we had the ice storm, and the damage made the front of the house look terrible. Mel got the work done and made the place look great.

I own a rental property in Edmond, OK and when the renters informed me there was some issues with large branches falling into a neighbors yard, I called Melvin for some assistance. He will be the first to tell you he doesn't do estimates over the phone, but he got me into the ballpark and when he arrived on the scene quickly called to adjust the pricing based on the scale of the job. He was prompt, professional, and I will use his company in the future for work.
