We were taking a walk and noticed one of our neighbors was having their mailbox repaired which I didn't even know was possible in a brick encased mailbox. It looked amazing so I asked William to come give us a bid for ours. The bid was quick, reasonable and he returned to do the work as promised. The Mailbox Dr did a great job of explaining what he was going to do to replace our old box. We wanted to make sure that the brick pedistal would not be harmed in any way. Just to be sure, we inspected a job that the Mailbox Dr completed for one of our neighbors prior to hiring his services. We were pleased with the level of communication the Mailbox Dr provided to us about his arrival time and the job itself. He said that it would take about an hour and a half, and he was right. The quality of the job itself was very good, and he cleaned up the area around the mailbox pedestal nicely. Very pleased about the look, and no damage was done to the brick. We would recommend the Mailbox Dr to anyone!

It went great. They came out on a weekend and set up a temporary mailbox to be able to receive mail in.

William came, almost immediately, got right to work and was finished in less than two hours. He removed and replaced the old rusted box with a new steel one, putting waterproof sealing on it. He repaired all the cracks and our mailbox looks like new. We are extremely pleased. He cleaned up the are after he finished. Great value, too. Much cheaper than other estimates.

It went well. Cost to totally rebuild a mailbox about $1200 to 1500.00. Mine was repaired for a fraction of that cost.. Well worth it. It's like having a new mailbox.

Mailbox Doctor was the only company that I called that offered a repair vs a more costly replacement price. And, had the mailbox needed to be replaced, their quote was over $400 less that two other companies contacted.

After receiving several ridiculous estimates from three different companies who would not simply replace our mailbox but insisted on doing a total rebuild for $1,800-2,200, we contacted the Mailbox Doctor for help! Even his offer for a total rebuild was substantially less at $1,100 BUT he said we didn't actually need a rebuild but just to replace the 20 year old mailbox with a newer and higher quality box. He removed what was left of the old rotted out mailbox, professionally installed and water-sealed the new mailbox in our existing brick enclosure, and even repaired a few cracks in the mortar for only $360. All questions and messages were promptly answered and the whole process took less than 90 minutes. I would highly recommend calling the Mailbox Doctor for a quote before needlessly spending thousands of dollars with any other company.
