For the price I paid, I expected more professionalism. I had 16 waffle lights on my soffit all around the house, garage lights, under cabinet lights, pendent lights, a surge protector for the house and electrical outlets for my gazebo. Everything thing is up and working well. The 2 stars I rated was because of the following. 1. Drilled through my wall. 2. Stepped through my ceiling. 3. Broke my soffit in 4 different spots. 5. Took three weeks to complete job. 5. No supervisor ever came by to inspect their employees work. 6. All I got was Apologies from the receptionist. Owner or manager could never be reached.

Blake and his team were excellent to work with. They arrived when they said they would, and came with a big crew to get the work done in one day. If I wanted something moved or changed, they were very responsive. They did what they said they would, when they said they would, and at the price agreed to. Overall, a great experience.

The short is that they were courteous, timely, communicated well, and stuck by their quote. The long is that I had 5+ companies give me quotes. The job was a panel upgrade, adding 2 dedicated outlets (microwave and hair dryer), and checking my wiring concern. Of all the companies that came out, the Flanco reps (Kurtis and Blake) seemed the most attentive and detailed. They asked what I needed done, but also listened when I explained that some wiring seemed "off". They were the only reps (in total,I saw/talked to 8 different electricians) that showed any interest or concern about the wiring and the only reps that asked to look in the attic to check wiring and attic condition.. They cleaned up once finished. When I contacted the city (less than 2 hours after the Flanco team left) for an inspection, I was informed that the city had already been contacted by my electrician to set up the inspection. All in all a great experience and plan to use them for my future electrician needs.

Don’t look any further! 😉 Brock has been the consummate professional from the moment he reached out to offer to do an estimate to the completion today of replacing both of our breaker panels in our home to make sure they were safe and working properly before we move on to the next part of a larger project which includes setting up new service in two additional buildings we adding to our property. We have been told in the past by others that the job was just too large for them to tackle, but Brock and his brother, Heath, were up for the task and we are just so impressed - and thankful! Brock is communicative about expected arrival times and upfront about costs. And, if you are interested to understand more about the reasons things might not be working or working safely, he will take the time to explain it to you so that you can make an informed decision about whether you want to complete the suggested work. He has 10+ years of electrical work experience - all for other companies. He shared with us that he decided to open his own company so he could take care of his customers the way he knew it should be done (without cutting corners the way larger / corporate companies sometimes ask their employees to do to save money. You will not only be thankful you found Brock and Flanco Electric, but you will find that you can feel really good about supporting a small business owner and his young family. I will never use anyone else!

Flanco Electric is the most customer-service oriented electrical business I have ever used. Brock is the most detail -oriented, professional, and efficient electrician and he installed tv plugs to the perfect height of my liking and and kept me involved in the placement and pricing of every service he provided. They provide great pricing options and financing if you need it. He did have to cut through walls and it’s a messy job but what’s impressive to me is that he always cleans up after he is finished. My living room and bedroom were dust/mess free where he had to cut though the wall for the plugs and everything and it was highly appreciated bc the small details matter to me the most when I choose where to buy quality service. Brock from Franco electric was great! Very professional, attentive and respectful. He assessed all of our concerns when he came out, resolved each of those and also informed us of a few underlying issues with our breaker box we weren’t aware of, he fixed that as well. If you’re looking for an electrical service company Brock is the man for it! Highly recommend them!!

Brock was very professional and did the work the same day he came out to look! He took his time and made sure everything was even and looked perfect. This electrician was straight forward, honest and did great with the clean up after the fact. His rates were reasonable and inline with other quotes I’ve received. The electrician’s name I felt with primarily was Brock. Definitely will use this company again. One thing I liked is that he genuinely seemed to be more concerned about addressing my concerns than finding ways to charge me for everything thing under the Sun as other electricians have in the past. Lastly, I liked that Brock helped to coordinate everything with our local utility,OGE to make the transition a smooth one. Flanco Electric was by far, better than the previous electrical company we had, where because of their inexperience we were without power for 4 days. What a Nightmare! Seriously! Oh, no pressure tactics were used also, instead he explained what needed to be done in order to address my concerns while still meeting OGE’s standards as well as some changes the city required as well. Very thankful for his approach and demeaner.

First off, wow! I was not expecting someone so professional. Brock was amazing and very informative. I thought service like this was long gone, nope! He walked me through the project and gave me ideas I didn’t even consider. I would never call any other electrician after this. Thank you guys!
