I had new countertops put in so had these new items to install. Their name was provided through a local granite shop and contacted them early to find out appoximate price and lead time.Dale was very friendly and gave me all the information I needed and even told me to be sure and check my shut off valves early so when the granite peopel come to take old sink, we wont have an emergency.Called him 2 days out and set up a time. He was kind enough to let me know he would call that morning to give me a more exact time so I didn't have to take unnecessary time off work. Him and his son (Allen) came by on schedule and knocked it out in about 2 hours. Unfortunatley they had to run and get another part to finish up, but it was jsut inconvenient on them, not me.They were sure and ask questions before they started installing to make sure the faucet handle faced the direction I wnated, which side of the sink to put the disposal in and even put a metal strainer basket with metal screws and nuts in other side. These guys were professional and friendly and enjoyed our conversations and they cleaned up after themselves.
