Description of Work: We had a very nice carpet in The living room and dining room that was stained with urine from two dogs. We have tried several other of the brand-name carpet cleaning companies that were cheaper but they did not guarantee that they could get the stains out. The other cleaning companies always had excuses why the |urine stains could not come out. Citro used a different technique and removed 100% of the stains, saving us thousands of dollars on new carpet. We will now have them back and let them do the entire house because we were so pleased with their service.

Description of Work: Cleaned my carpet & furniture. Jeff is great...tried very hard to get the spots out of my carpet. He came back three times...unfortunately, the spots returned and we have decided to purchase new carpet. I will certainly use Citro's in the future.

Description of Work: We were in a bind and these guys came to he rescue! We were moving into a rental property that had recently had carpet cleaned but there was a horrible pet odor. I scheduled carpet cleaners in addition to what he previous tenants has done you could not tell they had even attempted cleaning the carpet or tile. Our furniture was on the way he following morning and there was no way I was going to have it set up with the smell. I called citro and they were at the house within 3 hours and stayed until 8pm. The owner personally came by to check on things and came back the following Sunday to take care of another spot. They were awesome! Outstanding customer service!

Description of Work: I paid for this deal last year, thinking we were just going to clean the existing carpet. Well, we ended up just replacing the carpet. So, I never did use this service. And, it's expired.

Description of Work: We have an older dog who experienced some kind of kidney or bladder infection; therefore, at night she would get up an urinate on the living room carpet. As well, we have a new puppy going through housebreaking accidents. With all that, even though I tried to treat all accident spots, the carpet smelled horrible! I called Jeff Citro after I saw his listing on Angie's List that he could remove the urine smells. I have always read and heard that once the urine is in the carpet and pad, it is untreatable. WRONG! Jeff came to my house the next day after I contacted him and told me he could clean the carpet and get rid of the smell. The first trip the entire house was cleaned. However, there was still a pretty strong urine smell in the living room. He came back and spent considerable time treating the places I felt were the most likely places for the odor. This took Jeff a couple of hours, but a few weeks later, this odor is still GONE! I would recomment Citros' Carpet Cops to anyone, whether they have a urine problem or not!
