They cleaned up, they're efficient, and they answered my calls any time I had a problem; especially in the middle of the winter, they have come out that same day.

Description of Work: Replaced entire Heat & Central Air system. Very professional and very complete. Had a small leak on vent pipe when it rained. Came back twice and made sure it was sealed. Very good service.

+ -1 moreA neighbor originally recommended this local family run business around 8 years ago - they replaced our ancient furnace with a Trane unit and also the A/C. We've had no trouble and our bills went down significantly. Now we've purchased a second home across the street for our elderly mother to live in, so we went back to them. Great service - gave us an estimate and arranged a date to come and all went to plan. Work inspected by City inspectors who were most impressed with the work. We have peace of mind knowing should we (or mom) have any problems (which we doubt) that they will come to sort it out! Probably not the cheapest (we did get another quote for a couple of hundred dollars less) but they use Trane units which we understand are really good quality and reliable. Certainly that is our experience with our own home over the last 8 years or so. Highly recommended.

+ -1 moreThey were running late, we recieved a call explaining that they would be out within 2 hours which they were. The gentleman quietly opened the unit tested and diagnosed the problem. Explained the problem then quoted me the complete price and replaced part. He made sure it was working correctly and cooling off our home. He was very polite, clean, and didn't waste any time. This company is honest and trustworthly they are professional and dependable.
Description of Work: Our Train A/C broke. They had also originally installed that unit. They came out within a week (usually faster but we had just had that tornado)they had the part that was broke replaced it and wonderful cool air. We have an old unit that they replaced the motor on several years ago also. We have a service plan with them too.

Description of Work: Charged me $261.00 to clean the leaves and debri out of the bottom of the outside unit of my air conditioner but it was the weekend. This seems expensive for less than an hour and he used my water hose to spray it out. I think I'm in the wrong business.

+ -1 moreThey were great to work with. It was less expensive than I thought it would be. He showed me exactly what the problem was and got it repaired. He had the parts in his truck and was able to get the work done in about an hour and a half.

+ -1 moreI didn't have any complaints at all. Brad's Heating and Air were here very quickly, knew exactly what they were doing, were very professional and friendly, and the price was fair. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Our air conditioner was hit by lightning. We called Brad's Heating and Air to do the repairs, but it had to be replaced. The 2800 covers both the unit and installation.
