+ -1 moreJerry couldn't have been more professional or pleasant. He came to us, we didn't have to drive to him which is about a 30 mile drive. He was very concerned about my medical needs even though it was just a simple rocking chair. He was great. Thanks, Jerry!
Description of Work: I bought a rocking chair that didn't quite fit my needs. Having Fibromyalgia, big buttons on the seat and back hit pressure points and caused pain. The store wouldn't take it back so I went searching for someone who could alter the upholstery. This person was recommended by our pest control company. Jerry came to our house, looked at the chair, made recommendations, gave us samples of the type of fabric we wanted, etc. Within 30 minutes he had all the information, had the chair in his van and said he would call when he was done. My husband and I expected Jerry to call in a few weeks. We were blown away when we received a call within four days. He delivered the chair the next day. He did a beautiful job with the upholstery. It fits me now and is very comfortable.
