These four men not only damaged some of our belongings but went out of their way to vandalize by scratching the word 'dick' into the top of our minifridge. We hired the company to move us from Norman Oklahoma to Guthrie Oklahoma. This was on 1/26/24 and it was a fairly rainy miserable day at the weather was not our fault. We bought all four men lunch sandwiches and tipped them and deserved an honest, decent day's work.

I have never had movers before, so I canâ t compare this to other movers. They got to our apartment at 8:15- good communication, they were supposed to be there between 8 and 8:30. We had 2 movers and a 26 foot truck. We had all our boxes packed before, which I think really helped with efficiency. They were very great at wrapping all of our furniture with blankets and plastic wrap. It was really great to have the entire process handled by them. It took a little longer than I expected, but might be because of my naïveté; it took from 8:15-3:00 to complete the move, which included 1 bed, 2 dressers, 2 TVs, a small couch, and a bookshelf, as well as various boxes. Overall it was a great help and the movers were great. Shoutout Roberto for being a great mover!

We moved April 27, 2023, we contacted the company locally and corporate because of the EXTENSIVE damage done to nearly every piece of furniture they moved - they would not move all of it! They forged our initials and denied our claim stating they have a 90 day limitation that is NOT STATED on claim form! (We filed 104 days after while following directions stated on claim form!) Please find another company for your move! We simply paid them over $1400 to damage all of our belongings, drag our twin mattress on the ground and yet was charged for mattress cover(s) that were not used!! It is now January 2024 - AMS has offered $200 as a resolution â ¦ adding insult to injury!!! BEWARE!!!

Devon Chamberlain was fabulous. He and his helper went above and beyond expectations. He even helped work out an issue with the charge. He was very pleasant the entire time.

Kyle & Richard were on time & wonderfully pleasant they got right to the task worked quietly & diligently. They were so careful with our heavy wood & glass furniture! Least painful move we have ever had. Will use them again!! These young men are a credit to the company on every level.

I have hired this company 3 times in 4 months to move my mom. All experiences were great. The guys were able to laugh making it easier on all of us.

They damaged several pieces of furniture. Including my sleep number bed and an antique dresser that was my grandmothers. Gave us a quote to move everything and then left several big items and said they didn?t have room for them?.just happened to be the biggest heaviest items. A refrigerator, black stone grill, 3 ton jack, desk, etc. we ended up having to pay someone else to move them the next weekend. When we got to the new house several items didn?t make it to the rooms they were supposed to be in and we were left with a garage full of heavy boxes. If you end up going with this company be sure to keep a very close eye on the movers. There was no adult directing anything. And they took more time for smoke breaks than they worked.

The movers were great but had to call customers service multiple times to schedule and was very expensive.

They damaged several items and forgot to load multiple items entirely. More than once I caught the movers playing with our items like our skateboards and electric bicycles. I submitted a claim and still havent heard from anyone.

Would use again.
