Overall experience was okay, ended up being longer than I expected so I had to pay more. Some items were damaged but not a big deal, so if you’re concerned, be sure to monitor the moving items and make sure they handle them more carefully.

All very professional. Moved us out of two houses and into one, in far less time than it would have taken us + friends. Yes, it was expensive. Yes, a couple things were damaged. Likely we would have damaged more and more severely on our own. Definitely worth it to not have the hassle and headache of moving big awkward and heavy things ourselves. The estimator that came out was very forthcoming. The moving guys worked hard, had fun, and some of them even gave us hugs when it was all said and done! We don't anticipate moving again, but if we do, we're calling All My Sons.

I had to call the boss three times in order to get the movers to complete the move. At first, they told me their truck was not big enough and they could not make two trips. I called the boss. Then they said they did not have enough boxes and tape. I got them the boxes and tape. Then they did make a second trip after I called the boss again, but they did not finish the move. I called the boss a third time and sent a friend to supervise (I am healing from a hip replacement). The boss asked me to send pictures to his phone, which I did, and that is when they came back and finished. The next day when I texted asking for a refund, I was told that I had a *wrong number*. They charged me almost $1,800 for a move from one apartment to another in the same complex. Not a single box is marked to say what is in the box. It was a nightmare, one of the worst days of my life. Once the supervisor left, the masks came off and the workers were rude, even yelling at the friend I sent to supervise. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Excellent work. Had a little problem with one of the workers trying to reschedule the appointment, but got it worked out to our satisfaction. The booking process was very easy. The scheduling was easy also. The workers were very courteous and clean and respectful, and showed up on time. They took good care of our furniture and things. I would highly recommend this company. The owner even called during the move and checked in to make sure we were happy. Excellent company and customer satisfaction.

I reached out to them for an estimate over a month ago. They emailed and called and hounded me for my business. I booked with Jerry who informed me that my price included 3 men. Well, 3 men showed up on 11/24/2020 at 1 pm. 2 men worked hard while the driver gave instructions. At 1:58 the driver asked the 2 workers who were working to come to get in the truck with him and take a break. I called the office and complained to Jerry that his guys were breaking on my dollars. The driver argued with my family that they could take a break. The reviews show others who complained about them breaking on their dollar. Jerry had an attitude with me and said he would call them. The 2 men resumed working, finally. And, they did a good job. When the movers arrived at the new house the driver asked for my credit card information which I had no problem paying for, seeing how I just purchased my 2nd home of 250k. He tried to fast talk me into paying an amount that was different than quoted. The driver got Jerry on the phone. He tried to tell me that the fuel charge doubled because I went over the time limit, though the drivers made 1 trip that was 1.9 mi away. I asked the driver if we could resume moving because my dollars were being wasted. He told me he was the driver, not a worker as if I had insulted him. And, he told the workers to hold my stuff hostage on the truck and to stop working while we figured out the bill!! I asked Jerry why I was being charged for a driver when I was supposed to receive 3 movers. Also, the driver advised Jerry that he sent him a bill with a fuel charge of 28. I even took a picture of his screen. Then, they also charged me for all of the packing equipment that they had not used. They did not package mattresses and left the mattress covers in the rooms, yet charged me for them. Pictures attached. Jerry yelled at me and told me not to yell at his workers. I informed him I was getting upset with him because he lied to me. After I paid the bill the guy that was driving said this is why I have to find me something else because of bull (he was cursing) Yes, he made this statement in front of my family. The next day, I reached out to jbrooks@allmysons.com, jhenshall@allmysons.com, and amsadmin@allmysons.com, via email, and explained my awful experience and requested only a partial refund for the driver who was supposed to be a 3rd mover, my correct fuel charges, time for when they were breaking and getting the bill corrected. To this day, no one has responded. I am filing a better business bureau complaint, at this point. Also, the next day I realized that my living room furniture was not wrapped correctly and I have huge Knicks in my expensive furniture.

The lead was great, but when he asked me to tip his guys, clearly they do not get paid enough, we did buy them pizza! A pair of new pumas are missing, but other moving companies could also have lifted them. It was a complicated situation, but the first truck crew were phenomenal (5 stars) the second truck crew was extremely slow (2 stars). All were super polite and friendly. Very few large furniture items were put together because by 4 their day was over and they had to leave. We are still trying to figure out how to get things complete. but too heavy for us. Due to complications, customer support was very negotiable and caring.

All My Son's Moving and Storage were the only moving company in OKC that quoted me under $800 to move 20 miles from house to house. This included loading and unloading at each location. The four guys and a 26 ft truck made the trip once and accomplished everything in approx 3 1/2 hours. All furnishings and boxes were taken care of, nothing damaged. The reason for the 4 1/2 stars instead of 5 was due to not being told in advance (actually 2 days prior in an email) that a 14% gas charge was going to be added- disappointed I wasn't told this up front. Yes, I would hire All My Sons Moving and Storage.
